Love this Rinsemate it’s a no brainer very simple to set up with no specialised installation, the hose is very soft and flexible and the two different pressures are good enough to clean, worth every penny

Having first experienced a similar addition to the toilet whilst living in the Middle East then stats at numerous hotels in Asia where fancy bottom washing toilets are commonplace and jumped on ordering one - since then it’s been a game changer in the bottom washing department!

I did not mind the delivery time. I am using it for one month and so far all is good. I put the container inside my shower so anytime I am waiting the hot water I save the planet and fill up my Rinse mate ! :-)

Amazing tool , genius design and accessibility. Take it everywhere

The mechanism is really good. Only issue i have is the suction, it keeps falling off on tiles and then water drains from the hose.
Is there a solution for that.
We have a very narrow space but rinse mate fits perfectly.

A great product for a clean bum. Always lived in countries with built in bidet/rinser. Have one for my main loo but purchased these for spare loos. What’s not to like …clean washed bums.

Dispatch and delivery took a long time. The pressure from the spray head has two settings and both are a good strength. The water container is sturdy and feels like it will last well.

I haven’t needed to charge it yet since it arrived around 2 weeks ago. It took a few tries but eventually I got the mount to stick to the side of the sink and it has held since.

Other products can’t be plumbed in because of landlord rules and the design of the washroom so we’re grateful for this portable version.

The delivery took a while, however, the product was worth the wait.
Water pressure is perfect and the controls are super simple. Feels way cleaner than toilet paper alone. Great buy. Would definitely recommend.

It took a while till it arrived , yet it is so great , easy to use .
The hose holder sticky part is very loose , needs to be more applicable

I knew the item was awaiting restock when I PRE-ordered; it didn't take too long to come. Seems quite sturdy and spray is just right. No complaints.

Product is good. Easy set-up. The holder does stick to bathroom tiles. The settings are a little weak for a spray, could be improved. But can’t complain about the installation.
Would like the nozzle in white instead of black to fit in with bathroom decor.
Overall worth it for a clean experience.

I think it is a very good alternative.
I would definitely recommend it.
As it is portable, tank is small , hence the 4 star instead of 5

I am happy with the decision I've made to purchase Rinsemate. Serves the purpose especially when you don't have a faucet in your toilet. This is very handy for both home and travel. I would highly recommend you get one for yourself.

Excellent product, would recommend. Two things that can be improved tho, first is I received it 5 weeks after I placed the order. The other issue is the handle doesn’t really stick to any surface. Otherwise I’m very satisfied
