I use rinkit for my glass and slate ware projects for my laser engraving. I find the products good value and quality. They are able to dispatch quickly and their customer service support is excellent. When I’ve had any issues with damaged or breakage they respond with no quibbles and resolve the issue. Definitely worth using.

I had an item delivered that was broken on arrival. I emailed the help desk and the response came the same day. A replacement arrived within 48 hours, very satisfied and cant recommend enough.

Five star customer service!! They responded super quickly to my email and refunded me without any quibble. Although the items were not not what we wanted this time, I will definitely use this company again.

Rinkit stock lovely things, well worth a look at their website. Customer service is also excellent - when Evri lost my order, Rinkit immediately offered to either give me a refund or re- send my order. Great communication, much appreciated.

Excellent price, and outstanding communications - particularly when their courier lost the delivery (Evri - despite Evri app showing it was in their local depot for a week). The Rinkit team (Marija) could not have been more helpful. A replacement order sent out and delivered (through DPD), within 24 hours. A top quality customer service experience - product, communications, and resolution when let down by Evri.

Glasses arrived smashed not rinkits fault, they replaced them instantly, great service and great glasses , well done

I bought a hammock stand 4 years ago so there was only one place I was going to go to get another. Fortunately they are exactly the same, good quality hammocks so I bought 2. However, one was missing a spring button but Marija was able to send me a replacement arriving the following day +1! Thanks again, great product.

Excellent service and great prices. My order came quickly and when I noticed that one of the glasses I ordered broke in transit, the service team responded back within a couple of hours to let me know they would have a replacement out to me in a few days. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Allthough the product I purchased had been manufactured incorrectly. Rinkit resolved the matter almost immediately by providing a full refund and apologised for any inconvienience.

I wish I could rate it less than 1 but have to rate to put a review. I was sceptical ordering these chairs as they were cheap for the pair and after reading reviews, thought I’d take a chance. I made a huge mistake.
Reclining chairs that don’t stay reclined if you sit up and I’m a 9st 10 woman. Both chairs i received are faulty and Rinkit said they can’t see a fault after I sent a video. I’ve had various employees come back to me saying conflicting things- one even said it was faulty and another said it wasn’t-poor communication. Avoid this company at all costs.

Products are good value and customer service responsive and efficient. I was sent an incorrect item but the error was rectified immediately after emailing the company to notify them of it.

Prompt delivery however during transport two items were damaged. Contacted customer service and they arranged replacements and they arrived the next day.

First time on Rinkit.
Simple order: two 6ft tables.
Rinkit delivered: one 6ft table and one 4ft table.
An incredibly time consuming and frustratingly convoluted process to try and get them to fix their error.

Very quick service and lovely customer support. Everything is packaged great with plenty of protection. Unfortunately I had two dishes arrive broken but it was middle dishes so may have got some pressure during transit. Rinkit were fast to respond (Ana) and send out replacements. Would absolutely shop again! Also their prices are competitive with Tesco, Debenhams and other stores. Great place to shop with online!

Ordered some shelving via B&Q from Rinkit and it arrived with one of the pieces missing. I got in touch by email and they replied within minutes and offered to send out a new set of shelves which arrived the following day. Customer service was excellent, not experienced anything like that for several years - a refreshing change and will be shopping with them again next time I need anything for the home

Love the website. Lots of products you won't find elsewhere. Well priced with great delivery.
I purchased some coffee mugs back in 2024. Recently, my wife was making a brew and one of them developed a hairline split with the temperature change. I contacted them via their customer services email and asked if there was anything they could do. Long story short, in a few days I will receive an offer exact replacement mug from them and we couldn't be happier! We will be buying from these guys again. My wife and I wish them the greatest success. Great company.

Assistance from customer service (sales@) enabled knowledge that an order had been split into 3 rather than 2, so last one delivered by next delivery. The back-up really helped ease concerns away about where all items were!!
