Advised them today AFTER one failed collection of item to be returned last Friday. The advised pick up would be today
Late afternoon I advised them no message from courier and feared he would not come. They advised they have ni means to contact driver of the company - only vis on line. How many more days will vicious circle go on for ?

Spoke to Maria about changing a delivery date and she was amazing ! Sorted the issue in minutes. Thanks Maria

Great products at good prices. I had an issue with a broken and missing item. I contacted the company by email and 10min later got a response they replaced the broken item and dispatched replacements for the missing items. Things happen, it speaks volumes that this company responds and puts it right, excellent customer service, highly trustworthy

Ordered some little bamboo bowels and plates, really reasonably priced snd received them the next day. Absolutely brilliant service. Had a very slight issue, not Rinkin’s fault but their customer service replied within 15 minutes after emailing and couldn’t have been more helpful. Will definitely order again and highly recommend. Thank you!

Poor delivery handling made worse by poor customer service

We placed an order with Rinkit and paid a £5 delivery charge. The DPD driver assigned to our address has repeatedly failed deliveries despite us being present, including driving past the property or stopping briefly without making a genuine delivery attempt.

We raised this with Rinkit and asked for the delivery charge to be refunded and for them to escalate the matter with DPD.

One member of staff offered a 10% goodwill refund. We accepted that and also reiterated that the £5 delivery charge should be refunded because the delivery service had not been properly completed.

Another member of staff then effectively tried to back away from that offer and asked us to provide security footage of a delivery that did not happen.

Even more frustratingly, we were told to “keep them updated” on the DPD complaint, despite the fact that this was a delivery problem arising from their own order and we had already asked them to raise it with their courier.

The issue itself was straightforward. What made it worse was the inconsistent handling, contradictory responses, failure to properly address the delivery-fee refund, and the attempt to push the burden back onto us.

Very disappointing customer service.

There was a slight mix up with my order and I was sent the wrong coloured handles. However, I cannot fault Rinkit’s customer service. The issue was handled well and quickly resolved. Happy customer.

Ordered some chairs. Very quick delivery, items well packaged. Unfortunately one had a manufacturing fault. It was amazing easily to sort out the issue. A replacement one being sent. Products good quality, very good price, and amazing customer service. Couldn’t ask for more.

Tea set missing from order, I emailed them months ago never got a response, was charged for the item .

I ordered 2 sets 1 was refunded because of they had no stock, the other one was not and not refunded

They’re a brilliant company, my order arrived very quickly.. I bought a low price item from them ( 6 placemats ) which all looked lovely except one, with a minor discrepancy, I emailed them & received another in the next couple of days. Absolutely amazing , a lot of company’s would not have been so kind. I now know where to safely purchase from.

Rinkit is a first class company to deal with. Excellent service. Quality of all items are the very best. Only once I had an issue with an item, it was immediately replaced. The customer service is on another level. Absolutely brilliant. Would highly recommend

The quality of the chairs is pathetic. It seems like there is no quality check at all and that the chairs came straight out of the manufacturing machine and were sent directly to us. None of the edges were smoothed down; every edge on all the chairs was so sharp that I even cut my fingers. Ultimately, I had to sand down the edges on all sides of every chair because we had guests coming over for my son's birthday. I am never, ever going to buy anything from Rinkit again.

I have ordered from Rinkit a few times and have always been happy with the speedy service and customer service.
I had an issue with a damaged delivery recently, no fault of theirs , and the problem was dealt with and sorted within a short time.
I would recommend this company and I will certainly keep purchasing from them.

Absolutely useless company. Ordered for a venue a XXL bbq. Next day delivery paid What arrives is a set of diy shelving unit. So heavy I couldn’t lift.
Complained. Sorted 2 wks later.
My son Aden Brown ordered same thing twice to be delivered to my address first one lost it was re ordered never arrived and told. His reply forget it too late now just refund my money. Oh we’ve lost your parcel twice is a joke. Took a while to get money refunded.

Rinkit gives exceptional service ordered plates on Saturday, received Monday. Was unsure if they were microwave , dishwasher safe such a prompt same day response! Very pleased, excellent company, reasonable prices too!

I have ordered lots of slates in the past for my small crafting business and unfortunately this time 2 x slate notice boards (A4) were damaged in my order. I contacted Rinkit by email who responded immediately with information on two replacements being sent out with immediate effect. You cant fault service like that and i would definitely recommend this company and will use again without hesitation

I ordered a couple of glasses from Rinkit, but unfortunately when they arrived one was broken. Their response to this was commendable. Replacements were despatched straightaway and received three days later. First rate service. And the glasses are really good, exactly what we were looking for.

Received the parcel very quickly, had a query with one item and got a response over the weekend and a refund immediately.

There products are good quality and great value for money. They offer a large selection of goods.
