How have I not known about Rinkit before? Superb customer service. Way cheaper than Argos. Love them.

Order of glasses arrived quickly and well packed but even so one was unfortunately broken. This was resolved very quickly via email and a replacement glass is on its way. Very impressed with customer service. Price of glasses was very good too.

Found the perfect table and some other odds and ends, all arrived promptly. Even though the packaging was good and had additonal protection on the corners, the table was damaged, looked like it had been dropped on one corner. I contacted customer services, got a lovely response and offer of a discount. Unfortunately the table was too damaged to accept that so a new one was sent out immediately, which arrived in perfect condition. Very pleased and I wish this company a thriving future.

Some of the best customer service I've received! Items delivered by DPD arrived damaged and another item ordered in error by me. Helpful, efficient, friendly response, by phone and e mail. All sorted without problem. New items delivered within 48 hours (by Evrie).

Thank you so much I placed a next day order from the Range and told Rinkit was the supplier. It was delivered to the wrong address by Everi. [photo evidence] Contacted Rinkit who swiftly offered a refund or replacement. Requested a replacement which arrived the following day. They are a very helpful firm and easy to access.

I ordered two camping chairs which are very good value for money. Unfortunately only one came the next day, however as soon as they knew about the mistake it was rectified and the second one arrived the following day.

I purchased six dinner plates from Rinkit. The first delivery contained two intact and four broken plates. I contacted Rinkit, who asked for a few photos of the broken plates and the boxes they were sent in, then immediately issued a replacement. The second delivery faired no better, with two intact and four broken plates. I contacted Rinkit again who issued another replacement, this time of four plates. These arrived intact. The final result: I ordered six dinner plates, and now I have eight.

Black airer- My delivery was speedy and i was kept updated throughout. Customer service were quick to respond, polite and acted quickly to resolve my queries. A priority delivery was arranged, and I received a replacement item next day. Unfortunately my second product arrived missing a piece too. But as they had advised to not return the first one, I was able to complete a unit to satisfaction.
The items that were missing last time were 6 of rod "I". On the replacement delivery we had a spare nut and were missing 1 of rod "h". I contacted and updated their quality control issue to their service department and they are acting on the feedback.

Rinkit replied immediately to my email saying my chair had not arrived. They sent a replacement chair that arrived the next day! Excellent service. The chair was also excellent,

Rinkit have been a great company to deal with, not just because of its good quality products and value for money. There customer service and support is the best of any company I have dealt with.
Mistakes are rare but happen from time to time, and that's when you really find out how good a company is that you are dealing with.
In this case, the team at Rinkit have excelled with such service.

Only discovered the site by going to order a raised bed from BQ... saw on the page the item would be coming from RinKit so thought I would go look at the source to see if the price was cheaper direct.... it was. Delivery was next day, item was good quality, instructions very easy to assemble. Had a slight issue and customer services were second to none, they replied very quickly, and resolved the issue brilliantly. Sent a link to my daughter who has placed an order, some of the home and garden wares are really, really cute and I will be using them a lot in the future.
