Delighted to endorse Retirement Line. As we all know purchasing an annuity is a massive decision which could be potentially very stressful; with the assistance of Jasmine Soulby and Mathew Summer the process was for me easy, just a few signatures on a form after the initial consultation and that was it; just short of six weeks later it was job done. The only real stress was watching the markets fluctuate with my hard earned cash. A great service which I have no hesitation in recommending.

First contact I made was with Kimberly regarding transferring pension and purchase of annuity. She was excellent explained what was involved and gave me some quotes. She arranged to call me back in few days to allow me time to think what wanted to do, with no pressure at all. Kimberley called as promised and I decided to go ahead with transaction. I was given an advisor John Quinn to take me through process. There was couple of issues with company I was transferring from. John kept me informed forwarding any correspondence he received. I would have no issue recommending company and would like to thank both Kimberly and John for all the help and assistance they gave me 100% satisfaction

My first contact was with Joshua Lawson who was very approachable and patient he explained all of the different options available and sent through all relevant documentation via email for us to compare at no point were we pressurised to make a decision and was more then happy to wait until we had looked at a different company in order to compare what was available.
