Pense carried out my pension transfer quickly and efficiently.
Everyone I dealt with impressed me particularly Ross who advised me and Lauren who helped process transfer as quickly as possible and kept me regularly informed

I found Pense by accident in the first instance more than a year ago after using a pension calculator on a website. After that I received a call from them enquiring about my requirements, I was very cautious at the time for many reasons of scams etc. That said I did reach out to them after doing sound research and contacting them via the FSA website to be sure all was ok. That was in the beginning but as time moved on and Pense submitted me quotes for Anuities it was clear that the company is very professional in its approach and doing business. The service I received was excellent, the advisor I had was James and the admin support team Isabel and Amber were truly great with all the documentation, the regular updates on progress with my application was first class. I was kept up to speed on everything . The whole process was efficient and painless. I can’t thank them enough for all they have done for me to date. I will recommend them to my friends in the future and I will definitely be using there services again with out doubt.

I was assisting my brother in getting an annuity sorted, with his retirement approaching. I contacted a number of annuity brokers, but opted for Pense following my correspondence by email and phone with Kirk. He was excellent and reassuring, made the process as simple as possible, where others were putting obstacles in our way (as I was doing most of the 'talking' etc on my brother's behalf, it could have been complicated). Once we agreed on a provider, based on best annuity rate, Kirk passed me on to Liv, who metaphorically held our hands from that point on until the annuity funds arrived in my brother's account. Regular email contact (at least weekly), plus prompt responses to our queries, kept us reassured at all times. Nothing seemed too much trouble for Liv or Kirk. The whole process from accepting the quote to receiving the funds took around 7 weeks, well within expected timescales given. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of such services.

Friendly knowledgeable team that offer a professional service. Initial consultation was friendly and helpful, reviewing my options and agreeing the way forward. They were then able to secure an annuity quote above my expectations and then followed through getting the policy in place and the funds transfer in in a very professional and timely manner. Regular updates on progress all the way through and very happy with the end result.
