Would recommend Retirement line to friends and family both Paul guy & Mollie we’re very friendly and knowledgeable kept me informed about my annuity from start to finish could not ask for more

From first contact with the company George Gilbert was very clear with all the information and put every thing in plan English that was easy to follow. There was no hard push as to what to do just clear data.
I did move funds with them and the information from the transfer person Lucy Thompson was often and very clear. The transfer went very smoothly I would 100% recommend them

The process of buying an annuity was made clear and simple by Oliver Prescott and Andrew Rist. They supported me through the entire process with clear communication and prompt responses to any questions I had. Oliver was able to search a wide range of providers so that I could choose the best quote and he even helped me with a a query once I had chosen that led to me getting an improved offer.

Everyone was patient and explained everything fully to me, always double checking with me that I was completely happy and understood the choices I had made.

Tony took the time to have a call with me to talk me through how to complete the forms required and Jamar consistently kept me updated by email on the progress of the settlement.

Kim Kennedy Newbiggin was such a helpful, friendly and professional person to deal with at Retirement Line. She clearly explained the different options that were available to me, and I felt I could ask her any questions without feeling “silly”. When her part was completed, she handed over to her colleague, Scott Mulhearn, who was just as professional in completing the transaction. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

It's nerve racking arranging the next stage of retirement, you'vesaved all your life and its so easy to be scammed and its gone.
