Both agents were very knowledgeable and helpful not stopping at the basics but going that bit further João from the start to finish was extremely good at what he wanted to deliver and he did passing on the reins to Beata who should the same enthusiasm and commitment to gy the job done all in all I was more than satisfied with my dealings with the company retirement line and will be

Despite it being in the holiday season and Tom Handley who was my initial contact was away, everyone I dealt with was competent and efficient.
The admin staff including Lucy Thompson were also very helpful and dealt with all the paperwork in a timely manner.

It's very stressful dealing with pension companies.

They don't make things simple.

Retirement line guide you through the process and take a helluva lot of that stress away.

From first contact to last they did what they said they were going to do.

It's not easy going through health questions on the phone but the representative did it with ease and reassurance.

The hand over to Louise to see the completion of paperwork and chase up said insurance companies was smooth with regular updates along the way.

I had put off taking my pension as there appeared to be so many options. However when I contacted Retirement Line they were objective and clear about explaining about annuities. Kimberley Newbigging went through all the pension options I was requesting information about. She sent me in depth details of the options and let me take as much time as I wished in order to decide what was best for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Really good, friendly, low-stress, old fashioned customer oriented service. The brilliant Kimberley and John guided me through my options and carried out my annuity choices with surprisingly little fuss, and none of the sale pressure you might expect.
Excellent attention to detail to the point where (without even being asked) they reimbursed the extra postage I incurred sending A4 forms to them instead of using the first class envelope provided. (No company I have ever worked for would have done this).
Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a pension annuity.
