I rented a car with them and will never use them again
I only realised how bad is Rent Plus SRO after renting. I only rented because it was suggested by Ryanair who is compile in allowing these companies on they platform. They are rude and pushy if you do not get the extra insurance. As soon as you get it they change attitude. They will do everything to get your money. They gave me a receipt (in Czech) and told me they returned the deposit straight away. The deposit was returned after 30 days. Stay away from these people. Many people have reported forging of signatures, receipts and more.

I had a "funny" story with them
I had a "funny" story with them. When I returned the car they blamed me for losing the vehicle registration certificate and they going to charge me 5000 CZK from my deposit (the procedure costs 100 CZK to get a new one from the authorities) I claimed I got the car without the certificate in a plastic bag they gave me. They claimed that it is impossible due to internal processes. Approximately 15 minutes of argument
Unfortunately for them, I came there the next day there was another shift. After 1 minute of checking in the system, the employee from the other shift admitted that the certificate had been lost earlier and apologized to me.
I don't know what the guys from the previous shift were trying but be careful with them your deposit is at risk.

booked a car here and did not receive anything due to a deposit of 2000€, I have been to many countries and rented a car there, with a deposit of 300-400€ or even without it. For the first time, I learned that it is not possible to pay with Apple Pay, since there is no physical card. I promise you will be famous from today, having this money on the card, I can't make this damn deposit, and I'm staying at the airport with my child now.
Superb service
I rented a car from this company last year and then again earlier this month. Got my deposit back both times. First time I rented, I forgot to fill up the tank to full. It was like 3/4 full and they did not charge me extra for it (thank you). When I rented earlier this month, our flight was delayed and so instead of picking the car up at 21.30 we picked it up at 22:20. (They have out of hours fee after 22:00). However the man at the counter was so nice and did not charge us. Will be using this company again when back in Prague.
Rentplus is scammer
We have rented a car from Rentplus in April, and paid 1200 euros as deposit. They told us they would pay the money back within 15 days but it's been 5 months and they never paid back. No answer to phones or emails. This is clearly a scam case and my lawyer will be suing both the rentplus and the airport for this case.

What happened to me is crazy: I have booked my car in March or April 2023, for six days in August 2023. While booking I have paid for my rental. Once arrived at the car hire point, where I should have paid my garantee fee and just take the car, I was not able to do it. Why? Because my name and surname were not written on my credit card.
I showed my ID and Driving License, but they were not enough. THE SAME CREDIT CARD I USED TO BOOK MY RENTAL HAS NOT BEEN ACCEPTED, just because there was not my name written on it. This is just crazy!!!!!
They will just refund me 3 days of rental, instead of six!

They sent us an email that apparently if you did not opt out you were automatically enrolled. This company is a scam! I've made a complaint to the Dept of Consumer affairs in my state. They work in collusion with your apartment management company, who is getting a kickback for sure.
ridiculous deposit
We ordered škoda Octavia (I needed a wider car to fit my 3 kids with their car seat in). They gave us different car that was not wide enough. I went back to explain that I would not fit the 3 car seat in this car. They had few comments that I should order 7 seater, but when I said that I ordered Octavia that I know would meet our needs They actually gave us different car that was perfect.
I got the deposit back few hours after I returned the car. However, £1000 deposit is really harsh. I was really worried I wouldn't get it back after all the reviews I read.
I agree with the reviews that the staff was not incredibly polite. That's unfortunately seems to be the Czech standard. I won't use this company again only because the high deposit. Its just ridiculous

Arogant guy over the phone.I have tried to call them because our flight was delayed and by time we get to Prague they're closed.For pick up the car out of hour's they want €150 that was ridiculous amount for just one more hour to let us pick up the car.I have rented cars many time's in different countries,but never ever expected something like that. I was given a Kia Seed, and a deposit of £1,413.31 was held at the time of vehicle pickup because I had purchased insurance through RentalCars from Zurich Full Insurance. Upon returning the vehicle I gave the keys to the person at the counter, and they said I could leave; when I asked if they would inspect the vehicle, they said it was fine and I could leave. I did find this very strange but did not question it as when I have rented vehicles in the past, someone would inspect the vehicle, sign a few documents, and I would be on my way.
I awoke the next morning to discover that RentPlus had sent me an invoice with no context and in a foreign language. The invoice reads, "Remaining to be Paid CZK 10,000.00," which is equivalent to £374.72. First, there is no context provided, so I can only assume that this is a charge for some type of damage. This is extremely shocking given that I did not cause any damage to the vehicle and returned it with a full tank of fuel. In addition, I have yet to receive my full deposit.
I'm covered by Zurich Full Insurance, so I wouldn't lose out, but this is obviously a way for the company to make money, especially since they did not follow the proper protocol upon vehicle return by inspecting the vehicle. I frequently travel abroad and have rented vehicles in the past, most recently on 20th January 2023 at Milan airport. This was with Centauro, and once I returned the vehicle, it was thoroughly inspected and a couple of forms were filled out.
I believe there is CCTV at the airport, so this could be investigated to demonstrate that the company did not inspect the vehicle. Surely they should have inspected it and informed us of any defects immediately. This is obviously a scam and must be thoroughly investigated. This is also not fair for Zurich insurance to pay out, and I believe that because I am covered by Zurich insurance, the company may believe that I will receive my money back so I won't dispute this. However, this is completely unacceptable, and I believe the company should be investigated to determine how many claims they have made against other individuals.
Unfortunately, I believe they will make something up, and it will be their word against mine, and I have neither a recording nor a photograph of the vehicle before and after renting. Nonetheless, I am confident that a thorough investigation will reveal that this is a method for the company to make money.

I got subscribed for RentPlus by my apartment agency without any my knowledge and my permission. i end up paying for a service membership so i can void late fee. i after i called them and told them ,finally they canceled my membership, they promised me the check will be mail and i should receive it no later than 7 days. It has been a month and half and i have not receive anything, i called them and i called them a million of time all they tell me it is in mail. it is in mail. they are bunch crook lies and scammers. I'm not given up on my refund, if i do not receive it i will take them to small claim court. stay away check you rent dues. they are all scammer and thieves including managers i talked to.

The day before I was due to arrive in the country, I was hospitalized for four days with a serious illness. After I recovered, I tried immediately and repeatedly to cancel the booking. but after repeated appeals was denied a refund.

First of all they make you buy an extra insurance. If you don't want to purchase as it is your free choice they increase an deposit and refuse to release the car unless you purchase insurance or pay much higher deposit. The gay was really arrogant and rude shouting, that he will not give me the car.
Second of all I am waiting 5 days already for deposit return. I contacted my bank today and been told Rent Plus still holding the money.
NEVER EVER again.
