Hi! I wasn’t sure at first if I should buy a refurbished chair. I found a couple of detailed and convincing YouTube videos about the refurbishment process, which helped a lot. Still, I would love to see more videos and photos from the company.

I also asked AI to find as much information as possible about the company. I hesitated for a while, but in the end I ordered a light grey Aeron with delivery to Portugal. The chair arrived in a couple of weeks and it was in excellent condition!

I was honestly surprised by the build quality and by how clean it looked. There are only a few very small scratches, but they are not important. I’m happy with my purchase and with the company. Thank you!

I made an order with an expected delivery time of 4-6 business days almost one full month ago, but the chair has not arrived.

I can understand that around the Christmas period things might be disrupted - however I have received zero communication other than the order confirmation. I have tried to reach out via email multiple times and have never had a response.

If not for the other reviews here I would assume this was a scam or the company went out of business. But it seems by leaving a review I might be able to get a resolution.

So far, a terrible experience, one the payment is made expect to be ignored completely.

The refurbished chair (Henry Miller Sayl) is in quite good shape, apart from the seat being a bit wobbly\loose when handled, there are no perceivable signs of wear and tear.
Overall I'm fairly pleased with the purchase.

I was skeptical at first about a company that only refurbishes one make of chair, but as soon as I reached out to the team it was clear that this was the right choice for me!

They were easily contactable, felt trustworthy, and gave me all the time I needed to decide on the right options for me (I had a lot of annoying questions!)

Overall very happy with the product and price - it's a big investment but after speaking with the team I was very happy to go ahead safe in the knowledge my choice was right for me for the long term.

If I'm completely honest, I think I was expecting a brand new chair to arrive...so when I spotted a few very minor marks I was initially put off - but then my rational side kicked in and I realised I was setting unreasonable standards. These are previously used chairs after all, and all it had were a couple of minor scuffs and a bit of dust...

Fair condition. I received one unit (aeron chair remastered) early December 2025. The delivery took only a few days in total. Through DHL express from the Netherlands to the Switzerland. I had to pay some duty + surcharge a couple of days after the delivery. With a bit of doubt, I carefully checked every part and it turned out that everything corresponds the options I chose during the ordering process. I’d love to order it once again if I need one more desk chair!

The chair was making noise when tilting and their customer support wasn't so helpful solving the issue and wasn't reactive at all. Definitely they should have better checked the chair before shipping. Also cleaning could have been done better. Last, my chair is polished version, I wanted the graphite but wasn't available in stock and it was too much to wait, anyway the polished parts have a lot of scratches, I think they could have done a better work restoring those parts. Anyway, beside these problems, the chair is good, that's why 3 stars.

I spend almost 10 hours per day working from home and I wanted to buy one of the best chair in the market. However, the original price was too much for me. Then I discovered the world of refurbished Herman Miller but I was hesitant before buying a "used" chair. Considering the difference in price and the guarantee, I decided to give a try. Well, I am not able to see the difference from my refurbished Aeron and a new one to be honest. The shipment (international for me) was super fast and the I would like to say THANK YOU for the customer support, that decided to help me with an "issue" with Switzerland customs basically in real time. Totally recommend these guys and will be again in the future.

Very happy with my mineral Aeron chair. If you look closely, you can notice a few tiny scuffs, but given that the price is 50% less, I’m very happy with my purchase

I bought the Verus TriFllex model and I’m really happy with the product’s conditionand it arrived in great shape. The packaging is extremely practical: to start using it, you only need to fit the bottom part into the top part, which makes setup quick and easy with no complicated assembly.

Almost looks like they sent me a new chair.

Great communication, fast shipment, product in perfect condition ! The installation manual was a bit hard to read tho, the images were a bit small and pixelized.

Onlangs heb ik bij RefurbishedMiller 10 Herman Miller Aeron Titanium stoelen besteld en ik ben echt enorm tevreden. Wat een prachtige stoelen. Ze zijn werkelijk niet van nieuw te onderscheiden. Ik heb in het verleden ook een nieuwe Aeron gehad, maar deze refurbished exemplaren zijn daar absoluut niet van te onderscheiden. Het bedrijf brengt de stoelen echt weer terug in nieuwstaat.

Daarnaast is ook de service en snelheid van RefurbishedMiller top. Het bestellen verliep snel en duidelijk, en toen ik na het bestellen nog een vraag had over de stoel, kreeg ik binnen enkele minuten reactie via de chat. Echt super.

Ik snap eerlijk gezegd niet dat mensen soms geen geduld kunnen hebben, want bij RefurbishedMiller is dat totaal geen probleem. Alles wordt netjes en professioneel opgepakt. Topkwaliteit, topservice — meer kan ik er eigenlijk niet over zeggen.

Ich habe einen Stuhl gekauft, auf dessen Produktseite stand, dass dieser binnen 2-5 Tagen geliefert wird. Das war für mich der Grund weshalb ich genau von dieser Seite bestellte, da ich schnell einen Stuhl brauche.
Nach einer Woche schrieb ich die erste E-Mail, ein paar Tage später schrieb ich im Chat - nichts. Bei so einer großen Summe und mit Krankheit sowie Hoffnung auf einen ergonomischen Stuhl, macht mir das natürlich Sorgen gescammt zu werden und jetzt wo ich die ganzen Bewertungen sehe, bin ich noch mehr verunsichert.

Bald sind Feiertage und wenn nicht bald eine Lieferung kommt, habe ich wenig Hoffnung, dass es bald kommt. Andere haben vielleicht Monate gewartet aber ich bin dafür nicht bereit. Mir wurde anderes versprochen.

Ich empfehle hier nicht zu bestellen, wenn man sich auf Lieferzeiten verlassen muss so wie ich, diese aber nicht eingehalten werden. Selbst, wenn es ein Delay gibt, wäre es hilfreich ein Update wenigstens zu kriegen aber geghostet zu werden ist für mich leider ein Gamechanger.

Il faut bien lire tout les encadrés lors du paiement, un petit cadre dit qu'ils ont 5 semaines pour vous envoyer le colis, meme si c'est ecris en stock.
ils ont avoué que c'est pas bien inscirt. apres discution, ils ont offert un autre modele qu'ils ont vraiement de stock et offert de rembourser la livraison.
