Very good, chair arrived a few days late, but only a few and I got the shipping ID when I asked for it. Chair is in excellent condition and as ordered.

Quick delivery, great quality!

After a difficult start due to unreceived emails, once the contact has effectively been made with the customer service, everything was spot on. Great packaging and awesome chair, couldn't tell the difference from a brand new one.

at first my order went throught with a little of wait. i reached throught mails without sucess, then tried on the actual chat of the website where i got immediate response. the team was very friendly and noticed me on every step of my order. i ordered an aeron titanium chair that arrived well packed and was in prestine condition. i highly recommand this website as the product is professionnaly refurbished.

The chair I received feels and looks just like a new one. The customer Service is also really fast and can help you out. The only problem I had was that the delivery took quite a long time even after I already received the tracking link.

I ordered a refurbished Herman Miller Setu chair which was delivered on January 23. The delivery itself took longer than expected, but that was manageable.

Unfortunately the chair I received does not match the standards described on the website. It is advertised as being “professionally inspected, technically refurbished and thoroughly cleaned,” however the chair shows visible cosmetic wear and the tilt mechanism leans back excessively, making it difficult to use comfortably for work.

I contacted the company in February and provided photos and a video demonstrating the issue, which they requested.

They offered to return the chair at no cost in exchange to a Mira model. Even with all the hassle of it all, I recommend this company. I'm very happy with the Mira chair which felt like new and their services overall. They don't always respond quickly, but when they're super friendly and helpful.

What cost you guys one star is the fact taht there is no way to get in touch with you after the order. I was a bit worried, that order will be done in time and wanted to get back to you.
But if you just order, and then wait 1-2 weeks, all will be great. Don't be nervous!

[UPDATE: Feb 2026] Following this review, the company replied within 24 hours, and the chair was delivered within one week.

While I am raising my rating because the product arrived and is mechanically sound, the experience remains mixed.

Condition: The chair was sold as "refurbished," but arrived with dust on the metal, dirty mesh, and a strong musty storage smell. "Refurbished" usually implies a level of deep cleaning that was missed here.

Communication: In their reply, support claimed they had emailed me previously. I have checked my spam/junk folders extensively and have zero record of this. It appears communication only resumed after I posted this public review.

Verdict: The chair works, but expect delays and potentially having to clean the item yourself upon arrival.

I placed an order on Jan 8th with a promised 10-day delivery window. It has now been 18 days with no tracking info and no product.

Worse than the delay is the lack of support. Despite their automated emails claiming they will "help straight away" via chat or email, they have ghosted me. My follow-up on Jan 20th was ignored, and the Live Chat is dead.

Do not trust their delivery estimates or their support promises. If this review gets no reply either, I will be proceeding with a chargeback

Vorab: Ich bin mit dem Aeron-Stuhl sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Lieferanten war sehr gut, allerdings hat die Lieferung etwas länger gedauert.

Ich habe am 14.12.2025 bestellt. Dabei habe ich übersehen, dass ich ein Modell bestellt habe, für welches eine Lieferzeit von fünf Wochen angegeben war. Am 22.12.2025 habe ich über den Chat auf der Website bezüglich der Lieferung gefragt. Mir wurde freundlich mitgeteilt, dass das bestellte Modell erst im Januar lieferbar ist. Wenn ich möchte, könnte man mir ein anderes Modell (mit silbernen Füßen statt grauen) schneller liefern. Ich habe mich dann für die schnellere Lieferung entschieden. Die Bestellung wurde entsprechend angepasst und mir wurde die Preisdifferenz von 29 Euro freundlicherweise erlassen.

Dann waren Weihnachten und Neujahr, und am 8. Januar 2026 wurde die Lieferung durch DHL angekündigt. Am 13.01.2026 gab es dann endlich Bewegung bei DHL: Das Paket ging auf die Reise und am 16.01.2026 habe ich es erhalten.

Der Stuhl kam vormontiert, sodass nur noch das Rückenteil angeschraubt werden musste.

Mit der Qualität bin ich ganz zufrieden. Der Aeron sieht beinahe wie neu aus. Der Sitzkomfort ist sehr gut und nichts quietscht. Alle Einstellmöglichkeiten funktionieren tadellos.

Am 20. Januar habe ich noch einmal über den Chat Kontakt aufgenommen und um eine Rechnung gebeten. Ich habe schnell eine Antwort erhalten und die Rechnung kam auch sofort per E-Mail.

Insgesamt ist alles gut gelaufen. Die Lieferzeit von fast vier Wochen, berücksichtigt man die Feiertage, war für mich am Ende akzeptabel.

I strongly advise to avoid this company.

I received a desk that was clearly below acceptable standards: damaged parts, instability, and clear signs that it was not in proper condition.

Communication has been poor.

the desk was chipped exactly in the cable hole area.
they offered €200 as compensation for the chipped desk. I refused. the desk is of very poor quality overall, unstable, and not what was advertised. On top of that, I later realized that the desk is not even a Herman Miller, as I originally believed when placing the order

I requested a full refund, which is completely reasonable given that the product was defective from the start. However, the company refused to cover the return shipping costs, even though the fault is entirely theirs.

The quality of this chair (Aeron) is fantastic, it honestly feels as good as new. If you’re looking for a Herman Miller, this is a great price for the value you’re getting. As other reviews have mentioned, the delivery time is a bit longer than most people might be used to these days; in my case it was about 4 weeks, partially due to the Christmas holidays. They’re also not the best when it comes to email communication, but I called them directly and they were able to confirm the order and shipment timing right away. That said, the chair itself is absolutely worth the wait, especially since I already knew what to expect in terms of timing from reading other reviews. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase.
