Rappi Arvostelua 

No pensé que fuera tan alta la cantidad de personas teniendo una mala experiencia por parte de esta entidad, es la segunda vez que me cancelaron el pedido que hice de comida. Y lo peor de todo es que la anterior vez no devolvieron el dinero y esta vez tampoco. No podemos permitir que sigan robando de esta forma tan cruel y canalla. Me dejaron sin cena y sin dinero para comprar comida. Es injusto. Por mi parte los voy a denunciar ante la superintendencia de Industria y comercio. Son unos viles ladrones!

If I could give this service 0 stars, believe me I would. I have never came across and app so unprofessional and just now GAF. 0 recommdendation, I’ll make it my job to bash them for the next few months

If you have the option to use other apps, please do. This is by far the worst app and customer service I have experienced. It is almost impossible to get in touch and if you do, they close the case without solving the issue. Based on 2 years usage (I couldn't use the other delivery app, but now I can use it again). Support local, order directly from the restaurant or use the other known delivery app.

El servicio va de mal en peor no dan ninguna solución aunque se tenga una suscripción. Hice un pedido de medicamentos a través de la aplicación pero la pesar de que no los recibí porqué la tienda no los tenía en inventario me los cobraron. La verdad no veo justificación de uno pagar una anualidad por un servicio tan malo y en atención al cliente no le soluciona nada

De lo peor sus repartidores son de lo peor dejo mi pedido tirado no me llamo no espero lo dejó tirado en la calle como si nada y dijo que en portería cuando es una casa

Se llevaron mi pedido y Rappi dice que no hay reembolso.

Ladroes não assinei nenhum pacote e recebi uma cobrança em meu cartão de 24,90 pedi o reembolso alegaram q não iriam devolver meu valor que eu tinha usado o plano , o que é uma mentira fiz um único pedido , que foi um lixo de comida , aplicativo horrível pior que Ifood , atendimento péssimo comeram roubaram meu dinheiro é não vão devolver cancelei a conta pós só tinha usado uma única vez e mesmo sem ativar assinatura me roubaram imundos nojentos não comprem nesse app eles roubam

A total scam. AVOID. We ordered £20 worth of food and it never arrived. What makes it worse is they stole our money too. They cancelled the order, took our money, and then said it had been delivered! I have tried to contact their “customer support” which is non existent, email, instagram and they have told me the food arrived and will not give me a refund.

This is a disgusting business that steals your money. I have no idea how they are still operating.

Didn’t deliver the food and stole the money

The worst delivery app in the world, in every country. What an embarrassment of a service. On multiple occasions I ordered food, waited for 2.5 hours, the app said it was delivered when it wasn't. I contacted the restaurant directly and it turned out it wasn't even aware i made the order through rappi, They said they cancelled my order hours ago because the didn't have my contact number (?!)

And then spent weeks to try to contact customer support (that's very busy understandably because their service is sh*t) and get my refund. I wouldn't recommend rappi even to my biggest enemies :)
besides, there's some glitch on both the app and web version of rappi so i can't even leave a review of my experience.

The rappi stole our food and despite attempting to make right with their customer service they just pocketed the money giving a generic answer

Ordered some groceries in Mexico while on vacation. Then a month later they continued charging me 109 pesos for some apparent subscription service. Can't get them to stop, so had to close paypal account.

2 horas para un domicilio! Y no es la primera vez. Te mantienen actualizando la hora de la entrega y para colmo le tiran la pelota al restaurante y no a ellos mismos

DO NOT USE!!! They take your money and NEVER deliver your food and there is no customer service to help you AT ALL.

I ordered my food at 6:40pm Friday 13 December and the delivery time was 7:30pm. The delivery time was changing, to 8pm, then 8:30pm, then 9:30pm, 10pm.

I decided I needed to go to sleep around 10pm because this was absolutely ridiculous and I had given up on waiting for my food. I woke up this morning and it said my food was delivered at 10:45pm. That is 4 hours since I ordered my food and I wasn’t even able to receive it because I chose to meet the driver in person.

There was no option to cancel my order after waiting for 2 hours. 3 hours and even 4 hours.

I am very disappointed that they are not providing me with ANY compensation at all. No refund. Nothing.

I will never use Rappi again.

Pedí 2 helados de 1/4 en Freddo, nunca tocaron timbre, tenia toda la dirección completa con el piso y mi celular por las dudas, al toque que estaba por llegar, estaba atenta y al minuto lo cambiaron a entregado. Nunca me lo entregaron y llamé al rappi pero no contesto. Después de eso empecé a reclamar a la app, no contestaban, después dijeron que lo evaluaron y no correspondía que me lo reintegren, no daban motivos, estuve una hora y media esperando una rta lógica y mandando captura de las llamadas, la diré completa y el reclamo. Pésimo y fueron unos estafadores, no era la primera vez que me pasaba pero la anterior me lo reintegraron, realmente me estafaron el pedido, nunca se contacto el de la entrega y no me devolvieron mis 12k, borre la app y no la recomiendo para nada. Pésima experiencia.

Despues de una hora no llego nada , aparece en curso ,non se puede chatear por asixensia,la plata me la cobraron de una , nadie contesta ,pésimo !! HP
