You order food and it comes 2 hours after the time it says when booking.

I just had a courier asking for more money otherwise he won’t bring the order

An absolute nightmare I truly hate this company’s customer care with a passion. Please never use their service. Impossible to talk to a customer care agent.

Similar to other reviewers, I’ve given this company multiple chances, and their service only seems to be getting worse.

The last straw was when I placed a grocery order and was forced to pay a mandatory service charge and tip to the courier, which cost me about $12. Before placing my order, I contacted customer service to ask how I could avoid this charge, and they gave me a vague response about me "agreeing to it" when they updated their terms.

Just completely useless. Strangely, when I placed another order, the mandatory tip wasn’t there, which led me to believe that once your order exceeds a certain number of items, you’re automatically required to tip. This shouldn’t be the case—a tip is earned based on service, not forced through entitlement.

On top of that, the grocery shopping process was a disaster. If an item is out of stock, the app allows you to select a replacement, but the Rappi shopper ignored my selection and chose random items instead. They also send photos of fruits and vegetables for approval, but despite me rejecting the produce three times because it was bruised and damaged, they completely ignored my requests.

When my order arrived, I received:
- The same battered and bruised fruit I had explicitly rejected (some overripe, some with fungus).
- Incorrect items that I never approved as substitutions.
- Additional items on my receipt that were not in my bag, leading me to believe the Rappi shopper was doing their own shopping at my expense—all while still getting an undeserved tip.

To make matters worse, when I tried to contact support, I couldn’t reach an actual agent. Instead, I was stuck talking to a bot that repeatedly closed the chat, offering useless generic responses like "We’ll do better next time" but providing zero actual help.

I’ve canceled my Rappi Pro subscription and will never use them again. You’re far better off using Uber, where at least you get some level of real customer support, even if it costs a little more.

Es una estafa esta aplicación. no la utilicéis. Los pedidos tardan, llegan incompletos y NO EXISTE LA ATENCION AL CLIENTE o quien te de soluciones. Peor app de delivery que existe.

I gave them several chances because it is convenient. However, their customer service is terribly frustrating. I have several stories: of not being able to cancel but the delivery taking more than 2 hours, of not getting money back for damaged items, of food being actually taken by the delivery person, of being charged more than I should have... The final drop was that they delivered a damaged disponsable vaporizer. I sent pictures were it was clearly broken inside of its plastic package. I requested a refund 4 times and they refused. Since then, about a half year ago I havent used it and will never use it and each time I hear the name Rappi I make sure to express how awful it is.

El día de hoy un repartidor me amenazo porque no le quería dar propina, lo cual no es obligatorio y menos si te lo piden, le dije que lo Hiba a reportar y me dijo "si no me importa ni nos hacen nada", tenía razón me contacte a soporte y no me dieron solución me dijeron que me iban a contactar y pasaron los días y les valió

Ordered rappi cash, the rappi drive straight up stole my money and rappi say I don't qualify for a refund hahahha what a scam they're protecting their thief workers.

No hay forma en que no te cagen plata de una u otra manera. El delivery de comida tardo CUATRO HORAS en llegar, nosotros nos teniamos que ir y como no estabamos en casa cuando llego el pedido igual nos descontaron la plata. Despues pedimos un producto en un super y no solo que no mandaron el producto si no que nos lo cobraron igual. La aplicacion es una poronga, NO HAY MANERA de contactar al soporte ni hacer ningun reclamo.

Son estafadores no hay con quien hablar para expresar las quejas, se roban los pedidos y desde luego no devuelven el dinero la peor aplicación, ni hablar de los mensajeros 3/4 de lo mismo, pésimo servicio

No confíen en la aplicación son unos rateros y contratan personas que no traen cambio y que crees q son de confianza por estar dentro de una aplicación y te roban

Apenas tengo una semana trabajando en rappi y lo único que ha hecho es dar problemas me bloquean por nada y hace unos momentos tenía que recoger dos pedidos en el éxito de viva laureles y uno de los pedidos fue cancelado en la misma tienda porque no tenían pollo y nunca me salió la otra dirección a donde tenía que entregar el otro pedido contacté al servicio de soporte y nunca me contestaron me dejaron esperando cuando traté de actualizar lo que hicieron fue montarme la deuda de $70,000 a mí y soy venezolano para los que hablan paja de los venezolanos la culpa es de la maldita aplicación esta de ladrones y mal formada no de nosotros que somos trabajadores honestos porque no nos estamos muriendo de hambre y no necesitamos esta porquería de comida, ahora me quedó a mí ya sabes $70,000 por una comida que no se pudo entregar por culpa de la misma aplicación y su mala administración de soporte, solución tiré la comida de un basurero le grabé un video y no vuelvo a trabajar con esa aplicación

Son unos ladrones hicimos un pedido hoy 2 de marzo y nunca llegó el pedido llamamos a un número de teléfono de donde nos llamó el domiciliario que a demás son solo venecos y sale desactivado son unos ladrones y complices los de rappi y alcagueta
de los ladrones nunca volveré a usar una aplicación de parranda de ladrones tramposos

A Rappi no le importan nada los clientes, me ha sucedido varias veces que no me traen el pedido completo, se pide dos de algo y solo traen uno, no avisan ni explican por que, he pedido comida y me traen la orden incompleta o directamente una orden distinta de otro restaurant, los motorizados son unas bestias en la calle y no respetan ninguna ley de transito, es practicamente imposible comunicarse con servicio al cliente Rappi=lo peor de lo peor

Son unos ladrones. Tanto los repartidores como los administradores. Se lavan las manos y no responden por nada. Envié el código por que decia que habia llegado. Segun lo entregaron en porteria y era una casa de barrio sin porteria. No respondieron ni nada. Me dejaron sin plata y sin comida
