Radiator Cabinets UK Ltd Arvostelua

Love, love my clip on radiator cover, show stoppers everyone comments on how lovely they are. fabulous service from start finish , couldn’t do enough to help and it was really easy to install. Can’t recommend this business enough, will definitely be getting all my radiator covers from here.

I’ve had three of these covers for over 6 years now and they look as good as the day they arrived.
I have just removed them to redecorate and through some heavy handedness on my part broke a couple of brackets that connect the grills to the cabinets. Of which I was able to contact the Ono y and purchase replacements reasonably priced and mailed to me that day.
Great service both during sales and after.
Thanks very much

Rapid response, regarding small issue with radiator cabinet bought over 5 years ago. Issue resolved. Thanks.

From order to delivery everything went smoothly. The radiator cover arrived today very well packaged to ensure it was delivered safely. It is very good quality and has a lovely finish in the colour of our choice. We are happy to recommend.

I ordered 3 radiator covers from this company and needed very particular sizes. They checked all my measurements via photos to make sure everything fitted well. The covers look great and I haven’t noticed any heat loss as they are well designed to let the warm air out. Beautifully finished, would highly recommend and will be ordering more for other rooms 👍

Fantastic customer service from start to delivery. Product looks amazing !!!! Add a lot more luxury to our living room. Really happy with my Radiator cover.
it a beautiful piece. Great communication with John and walked me through all the measurements.

Absolutely delighted with our new Radiator Cabinet perfect fit and beautiful finish. They checked my measurements over WhatApp and luckily spotted an error I’d made. Would highly recommend!

Poor customer service. Waited for delivery, chased after 10 days via e-mail - no response. Then called and spoke to unhelpful staff who advised we don’t tell you when you will get your order until it has left - even when they are late!!

Having received the response below with refund I read the other trustpilot reviews. clearly this is a small business run by an owner with a real attitude and no concept of customer service.

I have now sourced the same spec for less from a reputable company which has responded promptly and have customer service.

AVOID RADIATOR CABINETS AT ALL COSTS

Very pleased with my 2 radiator cabinets which arrived this morning. John made things very easy and the customer service is fantastic. High quality product and look great in my lounge!

Lovely service, and happy to adjust sizes and colour when asked. Arrived safe and sound when it was supposed too!!

Really pleased with the radiator covers. We had awkwardly placed radiators and had the bespoke made covers and installation. Top quality radiator covers and great service. Fully recommend.

The radiator cover is well made, solid and beautifully finished. It was easy to install, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company if you are looking to hide your radiators. The whole look of the room is transformed

I am so pleased with my radiator cabinet. The quality and finish of the product is excellent. Communication was superb and I was impressed with the checking of my measurements.I highly recommend this company.

Well made, top quality, good design that looks great.
Made to bespoke measurements to fit an odd sized radiator that we couldn't find a cover for anywhere. This was made to fit perfectly.
Great communication with John to make sure all the measurements were correct.
Highly recommended product and service

Very helpful, the seller explained with “how to” pictures and fast replied to all my questions. The key thing is the final product is beautifully fitted even my radiator is not the straightforward case. Thanks to the seller and will order another one soon.

We have just installed our radiator cover from Radiator Cabinets Uk and what a beautiful piece of furniture it is. The experience from beginning to end was very good. All done online, the website was very informative and gave very good advice on measuring etc for the cover. The cover we had made was made to match our existing furniture after dropping off a swatch for a match and it’s extremely well matched. Thank you John for all the help, it’s nice to receive something very well made these days

My radiator turned out great. Just like in the website. Very nice for my liking room

Great experience end-to-end. Ordering via their website was very slick with a couple of direct follow-ups on colour and sizing. No problems at all and cabinet arrived well packaged and looks great in our hall, a lovely feature. I had actually gone a bit off piste and not mentioned it to my wife as a surprise and she really likes it. Top quality workmanship. Would highly recommend and use them again in the future.

Great product. Ordered 3 empire cabinets 1 with custom dimensions. They were easy to fit and matched the dimensions perfectly. Look great.

Ordered two custom made Empire Radiator Cabinets and they are both beautifully made and fit perfectly. Delivery was on time and the cabinets were packed extremely well and arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended!
