My experience matched that of other reviews on this site. They took my money and never delivered the product. I was initially fobbed off with excuses about the courier, then they stopped answering my e-mails. Its a scam. Just look at their e-mails - no postal address and no telephone number.

Absolute bunch of cowboys and scammers! cant say a good thing about any of those we dealt with!

ALMOST £400 for a botched/knocked together radiator cover with nails sticking out all over the place causing injury when unpacked, it was only partially sprayed and white instead of black (basic stuff), after numerous excuses (that frankly are not the customers concern and merely highlighted this cowboy outfit) it was finally delivered after 6 weeks at 8pm, (the courier was polite, but the clapped out van was untaxed, had no MOT and therefore no insurance).. again highlights the standards of this so called business.

The company 'AU Unique Ltd' can not be located on Companies House, they quote only an address of Manchester and no contact numbers.. so that sums them up and i am more than generous to call them a bunch of scammers! trading standards will investigate im sure given the false advertising on their website and frankly the fictitious write up and photos.... dont be fooled, anyone nowadays can use AI.

Our bank, Clearpay and the small claims court are all involved in the process of refund, investigation and reporting to trading standards.!! I urge you to do the same if you have had the same nightmare.
As with most reviews here, they ghost, have contradictory responses, and should be avoided like the plague!

I placed an order and made payment on 11 February. As of 3 August - no delivery. I followed up with multiple emails over the last few months checking delivery status and requesting for a refund - little to no response.

Very happy with my piece of furniture in a space which no non-custom piece could fit. Great style, good quality construction - sturdy, stylish. Good communication about the order throughout an understandable delay.

We ordered a custom media wall and couldn’t be happier. Great workmanship and a beautiful finish. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delighted with our bespoke radiator cover. The quality is outstanding, and it fits perfectly. You can tell it’s handcrafted with care.

First of all the order was delivered about a month late unsurprisingly due to the van repairs others have experienced. Worse the radiator cover was delivered damaged, neither it nor the bookcase were built to the dimensions confirmed on the order and the bookcase was short of one specified shelf. Now they are impossible to contact. Some e-mail addresses bounce back, Natalie's mobile phone is now on permanent voice mail. Fortunately, I paid by Barclaycard so I can initiate a chargeback, but I will be putting them through the small claims court. Avoid like the plague - actually the plague would be preferable.

Great experience purchasing multiple radiator covers throughout my home. All bespoke measurements and good quality delivered on time and well wrapped. Price was good for the items and represented value. I would use again and recommend. Great to see these skills alive and U.K. based

My experience with Auunique was very good . It was easy to place my order, I was given a completion date , and then a delivery date . I was also kept informed about delivery times. And best of all was the quality and finish of my radiator cover that I’m very pleased with thank you .

If i could give zero stars i would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.
I placed an order on the 1st may and still haven't received my order. I have been fobbed off that the courier services aren't getting back to them yet they won't change courier service.
I've been told my refund has been processed but still no refund and no reply to my emails.
This company is a scam

This guy is an absolute con man. There are hundreds of customers that have paid a lot of money with no product at the end of it. He will take your money and run. I am owed thousands and they have totally ignored me. How do they sleep at night, everytime I try and comment I get blocked with still no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND THOUSANDS AND HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT

Awful experience with this company. Faulty product delivered end April 26, yet despite more emails that I can count no help has been provided by Auunique. As there is no tel number you have to use email but clearly when there is a problem, they choose to ignore customers. All over their website they proclaim as being dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to all our customers….afraid to say these are just words with no meaning at all.
If you are considering buying from this company, I would strongly advise not too as unfortunately their actions demonstrate no respect at all for customers.

This company is a shambles you pay them and they don’t deliver your furniture then they ghost you. Do not give them your money you will be conned

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

Before placing my order, I made it very clear in both the order notes and by email that I wanted to discuss and approve the work before any production began. Despite this, I felt my instructions were not acknowledged.

Communication has been the biggest issue throughout. I attempted to contact the company multiple times via email, telephone, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger, but most of my messages went unanswered. As a customer, this left me feeling ignored and frustrated.

When I raised my concerns, I was offered only a partial refund despite not receiving the product I was expecting. I do not believe this was a fair resolution given the circumstances.

I hope the company improves its communication, listens more carefully to customers’ requirements, and provides better customer service in the future. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose to use this company again.I’m

Scam company DO NOT USE! 10 weeks waiting for delivery, answered emails at first but then stopped communicating. Have started refund process with bank. Ignore fake positive reviews, absolute scam.

Very good product and service, think people need to remember these are bespoke made items price and delivery time are spot on for this kind of product.

Will use again and already recommended to a friend.

Ordered a cabinet in October 2025 and was told it would be delivered before Christmas. Paid the requested 50% deposit. Finally in May 2026 after Emails, phone calls, Whatsapp messages, recorded delivery post, etc., had all gone unanswered my bank refunded the full deposit. If you place an order and pay the deposit then good luck. You will certainly need it.

I used this company after my son in law had a good experience with them - and so have I. Using their discount code I ordered 6 radiator covers for our flat in Bath - some white and some in F&B colours. Arrived in thrie own delivery lorry and well protectively packaged. Really easy to install. What is not to like. Realkly don't understand the very negative feedback from some other cutsomers. I am very happy and will re-use them and recommend them to my frioends.

Good quality of the product and fair response from admin side. However, asked specifically white colour and confirmed in writing from customer service but still sent in black… on top of this, prices are around 5 times higher than competitors but it was the only place to offer custom dimensions. To mention that delivery took over 2 months…disappointing
