Hamilton Gas Products Arvostelua

Great service, very fast postage. Quality product. Highly recommended

Brilliant Experience. They had the products I wanted in stock, they were best on price by a mile, the website was great and easy to navigate.
I did have an issue with the basket loading however I called them and spoke to their team explaining the issue and asked if I could purchase over the phone.
They said yes they can do that. They were so helpful and easy to talk to. The purchase was smooth. I asked about delivery options. they said Royal Mail or DPD. I expressly asked they used DPD and I would be happy to pay extra if need be. They didnt charge me extra and better still my product arrived on a Sunday, 48 hrs after the order. Superb Service, I highly recommend and already have done so to my colleague. I will certainly use Hamilton Gas Products again

They were the only company I could find that sold propane regulators suitable for use in Ireland (i.e. which had the required F-valve connection).

They seemed to anticipate that - in addition to the propapne regulator I ordered - I also needed a BSP adapter (and included one for free).

I like to go local to buy items but you can't beat them
two days and it was delivered. I had a longer wait for the gas engineer to fit it.

Excellent service, very helpful, swift dispatch and no quibble about returns after I foolishly ordered the wrong item.

With my first use of this product one of the fins on the base fell down due to a failed weld which l am going to attempt to repair myself.
This is unsatisfactory as the remaining fins appear to be very uneven not well built/engineered. Disappointing.
After contact with Hamilton gas products this matter has now been resolved. They are replacing the faulty plate. I appreciate their swift and professional response.

Product delivered in reasonable time, secure and what I wanted, good paperwork and easy company to buy from

I ordered a gas Early Warning Pad and got it within a fews day, I was really pleased with the service.

Very pleased with the Super Heat 3.4kw Living Flame portable heater. Stylish and great heat will be perfect for winter or in the event of a power cut. First class customer service and communication from local company Hamilton Gas Products and quick delivery. Thank you. 5*

Great company to deal with. The communication was always prompt. Great product and fast delivery with good packaging. I would use this company again and highly recommend.

On time, good price, goods as described

Great service everything spot on

Excellent service from Hamilton and a great price on the item I ordered. Would not hesitate to order from them again. Thank you.

Paid for the two working day expedited delivery, which was the most expensive shipping option. Ordered at 11:24 on Thursday and the item arrived on the following Wednesday, taking four working days, in fact a full week to arrive. It was despatched from Northen Ireland on Friday on RM Tracked 48, so there was no way it would be delivered in two working days. In addition, there was no options to change delivery options until after it was out for delivery, which allowed no change, probably because it came from Northern Ireland! They should have the knowledge of how long it should take to deliver to England so I would expect RM 24 or a faster courier service - I feel they took the expedited shipping fee and skimped on the cost on their end!

The web site was easy to use and informative. I was able to find what I needed quickly. It was delivered with a couple of days, I’m very pleased.

The advice and sales team are second to none, they've always helped with queries and vauge descriptions, and got me the correct part that I've needed, I couldn't give them enough stars to rate them, also, NEXT day delivery is amazing, keep up the awesome work.

Great range, great prices, great service!
