I purchased a motorised TV cabinet from this company, which was made to order for me. Unfortunately, the motor does not work, meaning the TV will not lower into the cabinet as it should.

I have been trying to contact the company for help since the beginning of August, but there is no contact telephone number and, despite sending multiple emails, I have received no response.

I now have a faulty product that I cannot use properly and no way of getting any assistance or resolution. The lack of communication and after-sales support has been extremely disappointing.

Very poor service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Ordered a cover £450 beginning of August and still not arrived. No coms to emails only the odd message to say its on its way which is a lie ! No contact number which should raise alarm bells straight away! No explanation on what is going on. Stay away !!!!! Caveat emptor!! Scammed you have been warned

So, I ordered a large bookcase radiator cover around the 1st of August.

I contacted AUUNIQUE and asked for a lead time and I was told 4 weeks.

4 weeks later I contacted again and asked if my product was ready and it was, and I was given a delivery date of the 22nd of September.

The product did not arrive on the 22nd and was told "The driver unfortunately didn't pass you until 10.00pm last night, he has added the order to his Saturday deliveries - let me know if this works for you can be first thing or evening delivery

My delivery was then re arranged for the 26th and once again it didn't arrive, I was then called by Natalie and told they were stuck in Glasgow which I found suss but was fine with it. She said I would get it tomorrow on the 27th, once again it didn't turn up.

I was called again saying we were a priority for the 28th and at this point I was thinking it was a scam as per some of the reviews, by lunchtime time on the 28th I sent an email asking for a refund as I thought it wasn't coming.

Sods law, a few hours after the email Natalie turns up with the driver and delivered my unit, and we are absolutely chuffed with it, it fits perfectly no problem. There was a slight scuff but nothing I can't touch up with the paint.

The product itself is solid we are really happy with it, I would honestly buy again from them now knowing that it is genuine.

They told me they have been having van troubles which means deliveries had backed up and they were trying their best.

Just an fyi for everyone from personal experience of working for a small company it is very difficult to arrange for courier to deliver such large items as most of the courier will refuse if they are over a certain weight.

In summary the product is great baring the slight damage, I would buy again just expect the deliveries to maybe not be on time. The company owner should probably buy them a more reliable van to use. I feel 4 star is just if it arrived undamaged would've been a 5 star

I have been talking to them for 6 weeks just to get an answer and a quotation. I’m essentially out of space, and things have been sitting on the desk and floor for quite some time now, so I’m slowly losing my sanity :)
Obviously searching for alternatives.

Order not delivered and promised refund still not received.

I placed an order with AU Unique for a bespoke radiator cover on 29 July 2026.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely poor. The order was not delivered within the company's stated/promised timescales, and despite repeatedly contacting them by email and WhatsApp, several of my messages went completely unanswered.

Eventually, on 3 September, after I sent a formal email stating that I was cancelling the order and would escalate the matter if I continued to receive no response, AU Unique finally replied. They confirmed in writing that my order had been cancelled and that a full refund had been initiated with their bank. Almost two weeks later, that refund has still not been received.

I have therefore had to escalate the matter further and am pursuing recovery of the money through the appropriate channels.

I am leaving this review so that other prospective customers can make an informed decision based on my experience. I will update this review if and when AU Unique refunds what that they have already confirmed is due to me.

Scam scam scam!!!!This company is a scam!!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!! The bank has thankfully got my money back after waiting 4 months on my radiator cover. Same as the other reviews, they tell you a delivery date but don’t give any courier details and it never comes. The whole company is a scam!!! They take your money and hope you forget about it and leave it too late to contact the bank. Don’t go anywhere near this company!!!

I came across AU Unique via a Google search and was sceptical at first with getting a radiator cover made without in-person measurements. However from speaking with Liam I got all the confidence and it was overall the best decision we made. Whilst our radiator cover was not the most straightforward, Liam and his team made it absolutely perfect and we cannot thank AU Unique enough. Thank you for your 1st class service and we will definitely be recommending you to all our friends and family!

They took my £500, made the first one wrong, lost the replacement and I’ve been waiting over three weeks for a refund.

My experience matched that of so many other reviews on this site. They took my money and never delivered the product. I was initially fobbed off with excuses about the courier, then they stopped answering my e-mails. Its a scam. Just look at their e-mails - no postal address and no telephone number.

The narrative that the delivery van is having issues has been a consistent theme judging by the previous reviews I’ve seen and what I was told by the company when they finally replied to my multiple emails asking where my order was. It’s now been a month and nothing has been delivered, I’ve asked for a refund and was told one would be processed but nothing. I’m having to chase them and getting no replies. They are a scam company and should be investigated with immediate effect. Do NOT shop here.

Same negative experience for me. Two confirmed delivery dates. Two no-shows. They don't provide details of the courier and they don't provide tracking details, so I expect there was no intent to deliver the radiator cover. I'm kicking myself because I usually check here before buying from someone new.

*Update* Something that might help others. I disputed the debit card transaction with my bank (Lloyds), and they have returned my money. Don't be out of pocket!

Great TV stand and cabinet, thanks for all the help with the custom design. Fits beautifully in my front room, I would recommend Liam to anyone wanting high quality furniture!

There seems to be a running theme here with this business as of late! which given their social media presence at first seemed surprising. And unfortunately i am another! I ordered an item back in March and after endless delay, unfulfilled promises and now lastly, not being responded to - i have reluctantly had to take this up with my credit card company to dispute the transaction - something in my 41 years of life ive never had to do! This piece was for my salon renovations and this has been so upsetting stressful and ruined my re-launch! Perhaps if i was a social media influencer with a grey crushed velvet home my order would arrived.

Can you believe it. 3 months after forced to cancel due to non delivery, I have not been refunded the purchase price for the radiator cover. It was £60. I would not trust this business with a penny.

Please do not use this company they finally collected the item that was wrong and they still haven’t refunded us, poor service full of excuses, go elsewhere.

I ordered on 23/02 with an estimated delivery stated as 2-4 weeks, after 6 weeks I emailed for an update and got a reply a week later from Liam saying the furniture was finished and they were waiting for a courier to deliver. I then emailed weekly for the next 4 weeks saying I am prepared to wait for delivery but require proof of the finished furniture via photos but only got 2 replies from Natalie and no further information and still blaming the courier. As I had paid by credit card, I successfully contacted my bank on 05/05 for a refund. Terrible customer service and a very poor customer experience.

We have had a very similar experience as Alan in one of previous reviews and totally agree with his comment re
shocking after sales service of this Company. We ordered our bespoke radiator cover in Oct 25 requesting and paying for a custom colour. This arrived within the time promised, however, we found that the dimensions of the cover were not correct and you can still see the top of the radiator through the air vent strip at top (which defeats the object of having a cover in the first place) We were also unhappy with the colour match and sent photos showing the issues. We tried numerous times to contact Liam to try to resolve the situation via the messaging system to no avail and finally resorted to messaging via Facebook. Here we managed to get a response from Amy who after a few exchanges agreed that Liam would refund the custom colour charge. we are still, 6 months later awaiting receipt of this !
The only reason we have given 1 star is that the actual quality of the cover is in fact very good.
every other aspect of dealing with this company has been frustrating and very disappointing.
my advice to anyone thinking of buying anything from AUUNIQUE Ltd would be save yourself the hassle, do not buy from them !

This company will take your money and run. I'd ordered a radiator cover in January, a few weeks later I then got an email that my order would be delayed, I had a back and forth with "Amy" over the following couple of months via email requesting delivery updates to then be ghosted and nothing to arrive. There are no telephone numbers for this company anywhere. This company is a scam, do not take heed of their social posts and fake 5* reviews.

Great service, fantastic quality!
As we found out there is no such thing as a standard radiator cover, the off the shelf ones were a compromise or just wouldn't fit.
The solution was bespoke covers,we got our first one 3 years ago and it looks as good now as it was then and we were so impressed we got 3 more. They finish off a room! if I ever need any more or had to recommend any company Auunique would be the one.
They also have offers keep an eye out!

Ignore the fake five star reviews. This company is listed as an advertising agency on Companies House. They're masquerading as a furniture company, taking as much money for orders as possible, responding to non-deliveries with promises of confirming delivery dates as soon as they can, then never confirming anything. When you ask for a refund, they stop responding and keep your money. As soon as they've made enough, the company will delist and disappear.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. You will lose your money and not get your items. I have reported them to reportfraud.police.uk and I suggest you to as well if you've requested a refund and heard nothing. Action a charge back on your credit card/bank too in order to recover your money.
