Wonderful company!
The whole process was smooth and the customer service was excellent. The company does not just work with the measurements you provide. They ensure that the measurements are accurate enough to give you the correct size of radiator cabinet. They contacted me after noticing that my measurements were incorrect and guided me through the process of getting the correct measurements. The cabinet itself is bespoke. It’s top quality and I was jubilant when I received it this morning. I will always recommend RadiatorCover UK. They are great in what they do.

First rate product
The covers are really top quality and look great. I have some older covers by another company and the RCUK covers are much better. They took great care to get the fitting measurements correct ( I have some awkward pipework ). Also, I managed to break one of the fitting clips (my fault) and they supplied replacement - no queries.
Only problem was delivery which seemed a bit disorganised - I have a non mainland address - but they tell me they are working to improve this.

Thank you for your review and for taking the time to speak with us. We’re really pleased to hear you were happy with the quality of your cabinet and found the installation straightforward.
We understand that our pricing may seem higher when compared to off-the-shelf products from DIY stores.
However, our cabinets are made to measure, individually manufactured to your specifications, finished to a much higher standard using premium materials and delivered fully assembled with all fixings pre-attached. We’re proud to offer a product that’s not only tailored to your home but built to last. This particular cabinet was very large and featured an Oak top.
We really appreciate your feedback and your business—thank you again for ordering from Radiator Cabinets UK.
Kind regards,
Radiator Cabinets UK
Poor Communication
I think the Radiator Cover looks good but overpriced for what it is. The communication could be better as I had to constantly chase my order up & even when I was told my Radiator cover had been collected by the courier it took a further week to be delivered.
The courier was also one man who would have struggled to get my Radiator Cover (large) delivered to my house from the van on his own so it was a good job I was at home to assist.

Hi Mr Brown,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re glad you think the radiator cover looks good, though we’re sorry you felt it was overpriced. You opted for the unfinished (primed) version, a solution for customers carrying out the finishing themselves—a popular choice for those looking to match existing wall finishes. When you placed the order, you were advised that the cabinet would need to be painted.
Our matt, satin and gloss factory-grade paint finish provides the premium look most customers want and keeps your cabinet more durable in the long term. It's our USP and why we have so many returning customers.
Regarding communication, we provided updates and clear delivery timescales, which were met. The estimated time was 3-4 weeks, delivered in 3 and a half weeks.
We responded to every call, email, voicemail, and WhatsApp message you sent. We understand that waiting for bespoke, made-to-order items can feel longer than expected, especially when the product is large and handcrafted to specification. Still, we were in touch throughout the process.
We also offered to install the cabinet for free if it didn’t arrive in time for your fitter to fix it in place.
As noted on our site and in delivery confirmation emails, large items are delivered via a one-person service. We’re glad you were available to assist with the delivery and appreciate your cooperation in ensuring it went smoothly. Our courier provides their drivers with trolleys, which they will use if necessary.
Thank you again for your order. We hope the cabinet brings a great finishing touch to your space. If you are not 100% satisfied, we can collect your cabinet and provide a full refund. We have tried to contact you regarding this matter without success.
Best regards,
John Molloy

WOW! Fandabidosie.
WOW! The radiator cabinet has certainly lived up to expectations. All done online with photos to measure around the radiator.
It’s absolutely spot on. They have painted it to our requirements to match the walls and it’s amazing.
I can’t recommend them enough. Packaging for transit was fabulous, it was very well protected.
We will definitely use again.

Hi Adrian,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you’re not completely satisfied with your order. We offer a no-quibble service, so if you’d like a refund, please get in touch, and we’ll arrange to collect the cabinet.
I can confirm that the outstanding part was posted as promised—please let me know if you’d like the tracking details.
Regarding the paint finish, this is a chargeable upgrade, which was not requested or paid for, so it wasn’t included in your order. However, we did provide skirting board cutouts at no additional cost.
We’ve also tried reaching you to resolve this, but your number goes to voicemail. Please let us know how you’d like to proceed, and we’ll be happy to assist.
