Stay away is my advice raddison Blu Liverpool broken lift air con not working
Bins not emptied plates left outside of rooms for days as you walked the corridor the room smelt of something that shouldn’t be smoked some of the staff very rude especially the lady on the bar and one of the receptionist if staying in Liverpool stay at the Pullman far superior to this terrible experience !

Radisson blu Edwardian providence wharf London.Lovely hotel. Spacious room after upgrade which was a little expensive I feel but worth it for the river views. Great location with beautiful surroundings. Very pleasant staff, chatty and most helpful. Concierge was very nice and knowledgable of area. Will definitely stay again hopefully with free upgrade next time 😁🤞

They got me a room last minute but the room was a little not clean which I thought they hadn’t really changed the sheets but just made it a nicer.

When I told the reception they did change the room for me as they thought it wasn’t acceptable.

Stayed 1 night 11th November. Ordered room service food and waited, it didn't arrive. Called reception repeatedly, no answer. Went downstairs to reception personally, 3 members of staff all chatting and ignoring reception phones which were ringing.
I asked for duty manager to be told she was dealing with an unhappy guest and they said I would receive a call from her. 1/1/2 hours later (at 10.30pm) received a call to say they hadn't got my room service order and what did I want! Tired and hungry I ordered again and the food arrived shortly after. I was informed I would get a 50% discount on the food which I disagreed with and was then offered this FOC. Room very nice, but .... bathroom door locked itself so I couldn't get into it from my room Had to use a knife to open it (probably explains why the bathroom door was damaged). Tired and stressed I went to bed.
Check out 6am, reception staff unprofessional and too familiar for my liking. "How was your stay darling?" was the greeting I received. After a long wait I received my room bill and receipt and went on my merry way. Foolishly I didn't check this at the time. However I now have the name and address and credit card details for a gentleman from Italy but no receipt in my own name. I've since called the hotel twice to request correct invoice and still waiting ....... My advice is to avoid this hotel if at all possible.

Stayed as a couple at the Radisson Blu, Stansted Airport for 1 night before our flight.
We order from the room service menu 2 x Brie, Bacon, Salad sandwich.
The order arrived with added chips, (which were not included as part of the choice with the sandwich on the menu), so you could call it a 'free' extra.
The bread was not buttered, no butter was received with the order, the salad was limp/stale, the bacon was cold, and the 'free chips' were cold, the charge for this disgraceful meal was £32.00, how this 'Hotel' and the word is used loosely, can justify charging £32.00 for items which we could only presume were left over in the kitchen, and then thrown together and offered up as food is worth £32.00 is beyond us.
The condition of the room, (1026) was well below our expected standard - the coving was coming away from the ceiling, the kettle was worn cracked and dirty, one of the hand towels had something attached to it, which looked like some form of dried bodily fluid.
What we presume was the old safe, was falling into the wall.
On accessing the Radisson Blu, the impression from the lobby area is that of a high standard facility, however, this is clearly not the case, the entrance give a false impression of behind the scenes.
Extremely disappointing......

Vi har lige haft et par dage her, til start super personale i receptionen super værelse på 21. sal, morgenmad er bare i orden vi kommer helt sikkert igen.

Radisson Blu Durham - visited here in July and was assured parking was complimentary. Now I understand parking in Durham city is very expensive and in short supply so Radisson needs to control who uses their car park, BUT was given a parking ticket by some fly-by-night company you can't speak to over phone. Rang hotel, they apologised and assured all was ok. Have now received threatening letter from parking company demanding payment of increased fine. Man at Radisson quite off-hand and did not apologise even though he agreed my parking was free. Spolit happy occasion and will not return.

I've just returned from a trip to Reykjavik 1919. The room was not cleaned 100% (marks left in toilet, used soap on soap tray, item in drawer) but overall the facilities were fine. Great location. Ann on reception was remarkable, very helpful and friendly.

Eine Mega Aussicht aus den oberen Etagen über Frankfurt.
Im Pool kann fast bis zur riesigen Fensterfront schwimmen, natürlich ganz oben im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Service ist hervorragend. Das Parkhaus finde ich zu teuer, deshalb ein Stern weniger. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Cocktails auch. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Var til stor nytårsfest. Da vi skulle hjem om natten var blazerjakke væk. Vi eftersøgte den og var også tilbage dagen efter, men forgæves. Jeg kontakter dem efter 8 dage og jakken er dukket op. Henter den herefter og finder flere visitkort på ejer, min mand. Ringer herefter til Raddison for at beklage over at de ikke selv har kontaktes og hvis, vi nu havde oogivet efter første kontakt, så havde vi aldrig fået jakken tilbage. Jeg får af vide at det ikkke er deres procedure at kigge efter hvem der mon er ejermandem men at vedkommende vil give det videre. Det er ikkke tilfredstillende da vi ikke har forlagt jakken men har mistanke om at en anden har taget den ved en fejl da den var væk fra vores bord mens vi var ude at danse. Men ærgreligt at servicen er ophørt her da vi ellers mener at den var i top fra denne aftem

I stayed at the hotel in Dublin, Ireland. Friendliest staff I've ever came across, delicious breakfast, beautifully decorated rooms! It made my trip to Ireland start off perfectly! The prices weren't too high and this is a chain I'll stay in wherever they are located!

Stayed at the Raddi Blu in at Manchester Airport in September this year. We were welcomed by a very special surprise for our Honeymoon.

Views of Manchester Airport were amazing as was the room we stay in. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom and showers were probably the cleanest I have experienced for an Airport hotel in a long time.

The hotel is literally a 5-minute walk from both terminals so ideal from that point of view. Being so close to the airport was a concern for noise as I'm a light sleeper but you can't hear a thing when flights are taking off or landing.

Will 100% be staying again. Thanks again!

Nice hotel in Lyon with stunning view to the old city. Everything's at walking distance. Restaurant food is quite expensive but very delicious.

Had a room booked on Friday with check in due at 2. Got a call at 1 before we were about to head over to the hotel saying that my grandad had taken ill and had very little time left. Naturally we went to the hospital instead but I rang Radisson to let them know that I wouldn't be able to make it. Even though it was only about half an hour before check in they still allowed us to book another day down the line. My Grandfather passed away and I just want to thank the hotel for being so kind and helpful during this tragic time. Couldn't ask for better,

I stayed at the Raddison Blu in Birmingham last night. The bathroom was gross and ugly. The shower was like one we had in school many years ago that provided little more than a trickle of water. The sink and mirror were placed at a very low height as though for a child, or perhaps a person using a wheelchair. This is not a cheap hotel and it must be the worst value hotel I have ever booked.

Just pleasure! Stayed 3 nights in their Radisson Blue in Dublin, really good service+ amazing breakfast. Room Service could be improved, but lots of restaurants nearby.
