Sercotel Hotels Arvostelua 22

I stayed 3 nights with my wife in the new Sercotel Don Luciano in Seville last week.
The Hotel was absolutely wonderful.
The staff at the reception were absolutely fantastic. So helpful.
The rooms were excellent, comfortable and spotless.
The breakfast was also very good and of a high standard.
The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring all important sites in central Seville
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone visiting the beautiful city of Seville.

My room was 27vdegrees centigrade. Unable to sleep, I asked the receptionist how to alter the temperature. They said I had to pay! I opened the window and tried to sleep through street noise. Those wastes energy and affects my performance on the course to which I am attending.

No communication, no confirmation, no response to emails, do not answer phone. Look elsewhere for your stay.

Estoy ahora mismo intentando dormir en el Gran Hotel Conde Duque de Madrid y es imposible. Nos han asignado una habitación interior en la que no solamente se oyen motores por todas partes, sino que también tiemblan las paredes y la cama del traqueteo de esos motores. Pareciera que estamos en el cuarto de máquinas del Titanic a punto de hundirse. Nefasto, parece mentira que siendo miembros del programa Rewards nos asignen una habitación mala no, lo siguiente. Parece hecho a posta porque hemos avisado que llegaríamos después de cenar. Primera noche y no aguanto más. Son las 2:27 de la madrugada y es imposible conciliar el sueño. Espero que mañana por la mañana tengan la decencia de cambiarnos de habitación, ésta la deberían usar de cuarto de sábanas y toallas!!!! Y sé perfectamente que el hotel no está lleno ahora en estas fechas de Navidad. No os dejéis engañar por ofertas de última hora, os asignan lo peor que tengan para que jamás queráis reservar de nuevo.

Es el Sercotel HMC Martina, de Granada. No funcionaba el agua caliente (es invierno), la luz de la habitación funcionaba a ratos y, en determinado momento el sistema electrónico de acceso a la habitación dejó de funcionar. ¡Un verdadero desastre! Lo único positivo es que el recepcionista tenía otras habitaciones disponibles, en buen estado, me ha dado la opción y me han hecho "emigrar" allí. Ahí bien.

Cette hôtel était comme ma deuxième maison. J y allais régulièrement car j habite sur l île . C est pourquoi j y ai amené ma soeur et mon beau frère. Mal m'en a pris ! Les prix n'avaient jamais été aussi chers , mais tous les services avaient périclité ! Il y avait d'importants travaux de rénovation (dont bien-sûr on s'était bien gardé de prévenir les voyageurs) et ma soeur a dû supporter les bruits de la foreuse sous sa chambre tout l'après-midi. Certaines réceptionnistes ont été charmantes mais d autres étaient franchement antipathiques et désagréables. Aucun effort pour parler à ma soeur dans sa langue (en français) et même des réflexions agacées car elle ne maîtrisait pas assez bien l'anglais! Le petit déjeuner était réduit au minimum mais le prix en était inchangé. On nous a donné des chambres au premier étage (à éviter) étroites et très sombres (nécessité de lumière électrique même en plein jour). En plus dans ces chambres : pas de vraie salle-de-bain : la douche et le lavabo sont dans la chambre même ! De plus, la douche était bouchée, le service de maintenace en a retiré une boule de cheveux et une odeur pestilentielle s'est répandu dans la chambre . Au moment du départ, pas une excuse, pas une proposition de compensation . Pas une parole aimable. L'exemple même de l'établissement qui cherche à faire un maximum de profit à tout prix , et a perdu tout sens de l'hospitalité (et même tout respect ), même avec les clients fidèles . Depuis cette mésaventure, j'ai prospecté et j'ai découvert plusieurs hôtels d'un niveaux bien supérieurs et bien mieux situés sur Las Canteras (pour infos : les meilleures plages sont au début, côté Isleta). Désormais quand je logerai à Las Palmas et quand je devrai y accueillir des groupes, je choisirai ceux-ci.

Trato nefasto

De var super søde og imødekommende, de fiksede alt man skulle bruge, vi fik både hundeseng og skåle til vores hund. De var behjælpelige med pool håndklæder mm... det ligger desværre i et industri område så at leje en bil ville være en god ide, men udover det, så super oplevelse.

The staff was unbelievable, extremely helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Will be coming back.

I went to hotel Sercotel Rosellon4*.
I wanted to stay one night and the hotel obliged me to stay 2 nights.
The price for 2 nights B&B =475€
Very expensive with a very small room with shower.
We went to have lunch on the rooftop to admire Sagrada Familia.
The hostess very nasty, Sono very loud and only tapas to eat and very expensive food.
We asked for ibérico ham and they gave us Serano ham which is not the same but at the same price.
We are really disappointed and won't to back there.
Many other hotels with rooftops and so nice in Barcelona.

Verry badddd hotel with a verry mean staff!!! Don’t waste your money i do not recommend!!

I booked this hotel through Jet 2, they advertise it as being a nice hotel with lovely rooms. Quite the opposite to what was stated. Just terrible please don't waste your money when there are other hotels which are so much nicer and cost the same. The rooms are tiny not even a foot from the bed to the wall. It smells fusty, lifts are on and off and the bathroom is just disgusting.

I recently stayed at Sercotel Rosellon in Barcelona, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with super comfortable beds that made for a great night's sleep.
The hotel’s location is perfect—close to public transport, great restaurants, and some of Barcelona’s top attractions. Amazing views from the rooftop!!
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Sercotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. I will definitely be back!

Synes ikke godt om · Værelset var slidt. Badeværelset havde mug i kanterne af brusenichen, flere fliser var knækket. Der var meget varmt i værelset da vi kom, og det var umuligt at få temperaturen reguleret ned, da hele hotellets airconditioning var lukket for vinteren. Vi fik en ventilator sat op, men det hjalp ikke meget.

Una verguenza desde el principio hasta el final de las vacaciones.

Un im- be- cil increible en la recepcion, un viejo que tendria que hechar definitivamente del grupo sercotel.

Si teneis que reservar un hotel, aqui es fatal, el precio de la reservacion cambia con el del la cuenta final, que estafa!

Vi har booket Hotel i Valencia for et sommerferie ophold i 10 dage. Vi oplever at der hver eneste dag er sammen morgen buffet. Der er intet variation i morgenmads buffet!
Der er en pool til hotellet. Der er fine liggestole, men der er ingen madrasser til stolene. Når man har lagt der 1 time, så har man ondt i ryggen. Hotellet tilbuddet ingen madrasser!
Låsene på vores døre virker ikke. Vi skal hver anden dag ned og have nye nøglekort, da de ikke virker.
Vi oplever samtidig at vores dør til tider ikke er låst, hvilket er total uacceptable!
Det er desværre ikke er hotel vi kan give nogle gode anbefalinger.

Sercotel Sorolla Palace València, meget ringe service.
På femtedagen ud af 9, er vi igen, igen kommet retur til et ulåst værelse, trods utallige henvendelser til receptionen!
- De har åbentbart ikke forståelse for at det er utrygt med en lås der ikke virker.
Herudover kan man forvente en meget stor, men triviel morgenmads buffet.
Ingen udskiftning/variation, men nøjagtig samme morgenmad hver dag.
Hold jer langt væk, hvis ferien ikke skal være med trælse oplevelser!!

Muy buena atención en todos los hoteles en los que he estado de la cadena. Ninguna queja.
