We stayed in Radisson Blu Manchester Airport,
The reception was great considering we arrived after 3 am.
The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast was just we needed to get us on our way

Stayed at Radisson Blu Sheffield

Stayed at Radisson Blu Sheffield.

Hotel is was nice and modern, room is good with a lovely shower. Location is decent in the heart of Sheffield.

My issue is that I was overcharged and Radisson doesn't care.

Booked online through the radisson website for £94.50 after VAT. Got to the hotel and was charged £107.60. Was never informed why we were being charged additional or that the price had changed, but we had a booking at £94.50 and had even communicated with the hotel prior to staying.
Tried to chase up with the hotel who refuse to respond to my emails post stay, phoned the Radisson customer service team who said the issue can only be resolved by the Sheffield hotel, who refuse to respond to emails...

Would recommend avoiding on the basis that your online booking price isn't the price you pay when you get to the hotel and they don't respond to customers.

I forbindelse med et arbejderelateret…

I forbindelse med et arbejderelateret møde besluttede vi at booke en række værelse på Radisson Blue i Aarhus, samt en booking af deres konferencefaciliteter.

Pæne forhold til afholdelse af mødet. Værelserne er af tilfredsstillende karakter. Hotellet ligger centralt og tæt på det meste.

Høflig og professionel betjening sf personalet.

Klar anbefaling, hvis du/I eftersøger konferencefaciliteter i Aarhus og arbejdsovernatning.

Avoid At All Costs !

Booked an overnight in Radisson Blu Amsterdam ,en route to Peru - at a cost of 568.49 Euro - unfortunately I had to cancel due to a spinal injury requiring urgent surgery.I gave Radisson Blu more than one months notice of the need to cancel but they refused any sort of refund or token of goodwill. So they pocketed almost 600 Euro for nothing .There is a name for this sort of behaviour and it is not how most conduct business.Will never use them again and tell everyone I know about my experience.
Their overall Trustpilot rating is too good for them!
Avoid.

Svært at få familieværelse

Umuligt at bestille et familie værelse når barnet er over 11 år. Selv efter flere opkald og videre stillinger til hotellet blev løsningen at lyve barnet yngre.

Værelset var fint på alle måder.

Informationen om værelses faciliteterne var ikke eksisterende på stedet ( ingen information om wifi eller lign)…

Vi spiste aftensmad i resturanten.. voksen menuen var veltillavet, dog kedelig anrettet uden grønt / pynt.
Børne menuen var meget lille..
Rabatten man kan få som medlem/ overnattende på hotellet kom ikke på regningen og kan efterfølgende ikke returneres .. dog tilbydes drink ved næste indlogering…

Hotellet virker gennemtænkt på overfladen og meget er for personalet logisk/ligegyldigt men som “ ny kunde/familie” er der meget som er svært gennemskue. Vi er i hvertfald ikke helt så imponeret..

Manchester airport Radisson blue

Manchester airport Radisson blue, ordered a whisky and got charged £22.00. Was told I should have read the menu but I didn’t get offered a menu and just ordered a whisky, so the bar women just chose the most expensive. Told the manager “LIVAU” and he was very abrupt and rude towards a loyal member of the hotel.
There is no customer service. Total con, at least let the customer know prices before you charge for the most expensive drinks.

Dublin Airport Radisson is truly…

Dublin Airport Radisson is truly terrible. The price quoted was not the price I had to pay. Asked for a double bed and got given two singles jammed together. Front desk was incredibly unhelpful and just plane rude. Wouldn't answer why the price was different the supervisor just kept shouting “it's the conversion rate, the conversation has changed since you booked” I had booked an hour before. Skirting in the room is broken. In short avoid the place.

Birmingham Raddison blu

Birmingham Raddison blu. Lovely location ideal for train , canal bull ring restaurant etc.
Easy too book and check in was smooth and attentive from the receptionists.
Hotel has great view over the city. Over the year view changed due to more buildings. Its no problem.
Breakfast is Brilliant lots to choose from and variety.
Rooms well equipped and comfy bed etc.
The road and roundabout outside can be noisy at times. The hotel has addressed it offering ear plugs. This has never bothered us though.
Can't fault the staff. Housekeeping etc.
Well done to Birmingham Raddison. The front of house reception crew were amazing.
Credit too thr company.

Biarritz AVOID !

Terrible service from the hotel in Biarritz. Hotel residents and no availability at the restaurants on a Saturday night. Bar staff closed the bar quite early even for residents. Poor service from an international brand.

Terrible experience at Radisson Blu Ikeja…

Our experience at Radisson Blu Ikeja Nigeria was very bad.
We stayed for 5 night from the 2nd November 2023, booking reference 21564413.
Towels provided was filthy, buffet hygiene was terrible; spoons were left changed due to been used for multiple dishes which I mentioned to the chef and I was ignored.
There was always parties going on which made the restaurant more congested.

Radisson Blu Beach Resort Milatos

We have just arrived back from a holiday in Crete, staying at the Milatos Radisson Blu Hotel from 28th October 2023 until the 4th November 2023, booked through Love Holidays, (booking reference LOV6580571U). Under the ‘Package and Linked Arrangements Regulations 2018, I am writing to apply for compensation for the following reasons:

The holiday that we were sold- an all inclusive 5-star resort-was misleading. The difference in value between what we booked and what we received was tantamount to gross mis-selling.
Our 5-star bathroom was a grimy, mouldy, stained, 1970’s en-suite with broken tiles in the shower.
While the television in our room displayed hotel information, we were unable to view any news or tv channels. When we tried it displayed an error message saying this was not available. This persisted until Friday 3rd November when it miraculously was fixed, one day before departure.

The balcony was filthy, with crumbling paint and a terrible smell coming from an exhaust fan situated below us. We couldn’t use it or even leave the balcony door open due to the smell!

The multiple restaurants on the complex, that we could eat at were like a minefield to access. The booking APP said no availability, the digital sign-up board said that we weren’t recognised as guests. When I reported this to Reception, she agreed that these methods of booking were not available and advised us to queue up to book in person the next morning. We waited for 45 minutes in the queue to be told there was only a restaurant at 17.30 on Thursday (5 days later) and one on Friday. All other restaurants were full or closed (BBQ grill’s last night was 31st October). We booked the two available restaurants. Unfortunately, when we arrived for our 17.30 booking with 10 other people, we were turned away and told it wasn’t open until 18.30. We duly arrived back to a manager who finally deemed to come over and speak to us, after getting off the sunbed by the pool, and to be treated with utter contempt. “You have no booking, who told you to come here, where’s your proof of booking?” We explained that we had booked with a person on Sunday. It was only when we became annoyed that he allowed us to eat, but with continued hostility and a terrible atmosphere.

In a 5-star hotel, I would expect a programme of entertainment. There was no daytime entertainment and the entertainment at night was music two nights and a bazaar which didn’t materialise.

The hotel was being closed up around the guests- facilities closed each day. The pool bars closed, the lights weren’t put on in the evening, so you couldn’t sit outside, beach towels were only ever available in the morning. Once the pile ran out you were told to come back tomorrow. All these small things added up to everything being a trial, (no spoons at breakfast, no breakfast tea bags available until next season, no ingredients for any cocktails, etc). The list of not available and can’t do’s was endless.

The attitude of the staff at the complex was appalling. Guests were treated with utter contempt and disregard. This came from the top down and was a culture which permeated all staff, from the Reception where any request was met with eye-rolling, to the waitresses in the bars. One incident will illustrate this, but I could name several more. The waitress watched me put coins into an air hockey table. When it didn’t work, I politely let her know that it hadn’t worked. She sneered at me, and her very words were, “Duh, what do you expect we’ve switched them off, no lights on, not on, Duh!”

The staff appeared to relish every opportunity to make life difficult for the guests, this coupled with a lack of facilities available made this a holiday in which you couldn’t enjoy yourself as you were constantly waiting for the next confrontation to pop up. The loss of enjoyment, the inconvenience and disappointment took away the relaxation we expected to receive in a 5-star resort.

We attempted to complain, when at the hotel, but were told that the shower would be rectified by housekeeping and maintenance. Neither arrived! We asked for a change of room, but were told that there was no availability. To not add to the stress, that we were already feeling by being treated so badly, we made the decision to complain when we got home and try to make the most of it. We did go on to Trip Advisor and realised there had been multiple complaints. The response from the Radisson Blu Milatos management was astonishing but also explained the culture that permeated the hotel.

Radisson Blu Scandanavia Hotel, Oslo.

This hotel does not honour the bookings prepaid and further charge trivial amounts with no explanation. The manager Sophia was arrogant and rude. This 4 star hotel and does not match even with the unrated UK budget hotels. The rooms were never made up good and not cleaned properly.

Radisson Blu should take some lessons from Intercontinental IHG hotels.

Amazing stay at Raddison Blu Leeds, great staff and service , hotel room was perfect .

FABULOUS! definitely recommend!

Stayed at the Raddison Blu at Manchester Airport the night before we were due to fly to Kraków. I can absolutely recommend this hotel. We were given a free upgrade and the reception is connected to the airport. We were travelling from Terminal 3 which was roughly a 10 - 15 minute walk from the reception. It was really easy and stress free! We had breakfast too which had an absolute amazing choices of food. The room size was great and the bed was really comfortable. We paid £17 a day to keep our car on sight too. Would definitely stay here again if we fly from Manchester.

Wirklich das schlechteste Bonusprogramm aller grossen Hotelketten!

Wirklich das schlechteste Bonusprogramm aller grossen Hotelketten. Ich versuche nun seit 30 (!) Minuten im Radisson Blu Schwarzer Bock in Wiesbaden mit Punkten ein Zimmer zu reservieren, allein es ist mir nicht vergönnt. Immer wieder klicke ich "Punkte einlösen" und es werden mir in der Maske dann doch wieder jeweils nur EUR Tarife genannt. Das Hotel ist zum Wunschzeitraum noch wide open, daran kann es also nicht liegen. Vielmehr habe ich den Verdacht, dass Radisson einfach gar kein Interesse daran hat, meine vielen Punkte einzulösen, ist ja auch viel lukrativer, wenn man von seinen Gästen Cash kassieren kann.
