Quality items and had a good deal to go with them

I sent an item back to Quiksilver - no contact from them after the courier confirmed it had been returned to them. 4 repeated emails were ignored. Response only received after I disputed the transaction with my bank.

I’ve used this brand for around 30 years… always shop bought, really… and still have some very old items I still wear. My daughters have taken many of my vintage items. For a period in the 2000s, it seemed harder to get what I considered to be old school surfing t shirts… I’ve been into the old school over fashion. A good old small logo on the front left chest / large logo on the back. Lots of offers and discounts. Rapid delivery. Fit as described. A focus on cotton and not man made cheap tat.

Bought men’s swim shorts in a sale looked good but they are see through !!!! The only element quicksilver need to get right in a men’s swim shorts they failed on… almost unbelievable but it’s true .

Quality control isn't quite rite, threads coming off everywhere. Lots pulled out and entire row of thread. Poor from a big company like quicksilver

Terrible service.
Purchased £140 worth of shorts from website a week ago.. No confirmation of purchase. Pending transaction sat there for a week with no explanation. Phone lines not excepting calls. Had a response from support after 5 days asking me not to open multiple tickets but not acknowledging my issue.
There were meant to be for my holiday. I can buy any others as I have no idea what is happening with my money.

Sizing spot on and super fast delivery

My order was dispatched in two parts. One part has as yet not been delivered. Specifically the jacket.
I have had no contact from Quiksilver regarding this.

I m still waiting for a refund after they received them on the 8th June. I ve waited the 10 days the FAQs says to wait for a refund. I ve contacted customer service and heard nothing back so far

Dreadful, ordered a top online over 7 days ago still no sign of dispatch suspect they will cancel my order. Customer service is awful just an automated message back no attempt made to answer my query. So disappointed with what is supposed to be an ionic brand.

Quick delivery and great quality as always from quicksilver

A good-quality, stylish track jacket. It was delivered from France to London in a week. This isn't my first purchase from Quiksilver - as always, happy with the quality of the items.

Very poor communication, delays with delivery and no tracking despite tracked. No delay info or dispatch info. Delivery arrived incomplete with no explanation, and no response to emails. Very long delays.

This company is a scam.

Received wrong items, impossible to reach anyone. And if I do want a refund, I have to pay?

Please don't waste your time and hard earned money at Quiksilver.

Smooth ordering with fast delivery

Absolutely no customer service. They sent me the wrong size T-shirt and I filled out their contact us form and emailed them and have no had a response at all in now 2 weeks. Absolutely shocking. I’m now having to return the item I received which is costing me £5 and I have had to buy another T-shirt elsewhere from a different brand as needed this one for my partners birthday. Will not be ordering again.

Terrible service!! Returned a pair of shorts for a refund as they didn’t fit. They received them back at their warehouse but no refund or response arrived! I’ve emailed their customer service with all the details and the tracking and proof of posting but all you get back as a response is an automated reply saying wait 10 working days. It’s been over 10 days and still nothing every time you try to contact them it’s an automated response and you can never speak to or get a reply from an actual person. It’s a truly awful system and service & company do not use! I’m now contacting my bank to start a dispute to get my money back
