Unfortunately, like many other customers, I've also had issues with a returned item. The tracking shows it was delivered back to the company on 2 July, but I still haven't received my refund. I've also sent several enquiries through their website, none of which have received a response.

With no other option left, I initiated a credit card dispute today. The order was nearly GBP200, so it's not an insignificant amount.

I won't be purchasing from this company again. It's very disappointing to see such a well-known brand treating its customers this way.

Still awaiting a refund almost 3 weeks after returning the item due to it not fitting. Their customer service is non existent - just an AI bot.

Horrendous customer service. They no longer give refunds even though I sent the item back!!!!! And the clothes are now made cheaply. Sad

Too small for its size 31 fits me in every other brand this dosent , I measured they are just under 30” and I bought a 30

I’m done with quicksilver if this is how they treat me

I placed an order on 19 June and received the item a few days later. Unfortunately it was a gift that wasn't quite right so returned the item on 29 June, using the Quiksilver return label. In addition, I have proof of postage.
It is now 28 July and I have not yet received a refund. My enquiry of 14 July via the website simply generated an auto-response, which did not address the issue. I followed this up with a reply, which I still have not received a reply to. I tried to call the Customer Services team today, but the phone lines are not being answered (pre-recorded message to tell you that they cannot answer any calls because they are too busy). This is appalling customer service (or, rather, lack of). For a long established company you would expect better systems and processes to be in place. It should not be difficult to get your money back on an unwanted item. I am disgusted with the poor quality of service and I would strongly discourage anyone to buy an item from them.

Quiksilver have always sold great hoodies and T Shirts that last.

I ordered 2 pairs of trousers size36. I received 2 pairs size 40🤷‍♀️. I have made at least 4 attempts to raise the matter with customer service. They appear inert and indicate they are overwhelmed currently 🤷‍♀️. Pathetic service. I won’t be tempted again. A pity as I used to love their products but am now reduced to trying to get my money back by chargeback 🤞.

Bad processing times, poor support from support team and a £5 return fee more than my shipping fee to me!

Quiksilver products are high quality and the delivery service was very efficient. Very happy with my shorts.

dont expect your delivery quickly, and they "cant" (more like wont) cancel your order if youre waiting

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Placed an order via the website on the 5th of June, items took ages to arrive.
Sent items back following their own processes and it has been one month since I sent items back and so far no communication, nothing. They kept my money, won't reply to emails nor the online form. They are thieves!!

shocking customer service order placed weeks ago with no updates on ETA. have emailed a number of times and keep getting autoreplies ......never again

Ordered two pair of flip flops and two hours later email saying one pair is out of stock and still nearly a week later refund hasn’t been issued…they second pair which were way to small more like a large size 5 ..I ordered a size 7 ..started a refund and quicksilver will deduct £5 from the refunded balance for postage…absolutely stressful company

Non-existent customer service - Refunds impossible. THEY HAVE NOW CLOSED THEIR TELEPHONE SERVICE COMPLETELY. Email is the only contact mechanism, which unfortunately appears to be unmanned. I would not order from here - they used to be fantastic but are now utterly useless.

Quicksilver are an extremely poor company, their sizes are incorrect so always come up small and their customer service is non existent and shocking. Be warned they will also charge you for returning products, although you are charged for them sending them to you in the first place.

Brilliant products, great website and ordering, efficient and timely delivery-customer service support was effective and speedy with my enquiries-cannot find fault and no hesitation recommending 11/10
