Ik had begin februari vier shirts besteld. Op de site stond 12-18 dagen verzend tijd, na in begin maart nog niets gekregen te hebben besloot ik ze een mailtje te schrijven, wel gelijk antwoord maar alsnog 3 weken gewacht. Uiteindelijk kwamen er ook nog eens maar Drie shirts binnen. Dus ik mailen en ze zeiden dat de rest er nog aan moest komen. Nu is het midden april en heb ik nog geen shirt maar wel geld terug.

Avoid avoid avoid!!! This company has the worst customer service i have ever received in my life. I ordered a jacket in march and i have been trying to return it for nearly two months now as the size was not as described on the website. I ordered a Uk L and it wouldn’t even fit a Uk Small. I have emailed them everyday asking for a return label but they dont read emails and give you stupid auto generated emails telling me my package has been delivered. Im not wasting anymore of my time emailing a robot so hopefully i can prevent other people getting scammed aswell. DONT BUY OF THESE CON ARTISTS!!!!

Although our store is registered in the UK, we work with international suppliers and warehouses, which means some orders may be shipped from overseas, including China. This is why your tracking number may be linked to a Chinese shipping carrier.
Regarding the tracking not updating, please note that it can take a few days for the tracking information to appear in the system after the number is generated. This delay is quite common, especially during the initial shipping stage.
That said, we take your concerns seriously. I will personally check the status of your order #4032 and provide you with an update as soon as possible. If there is any issue with your shipment, we will of course arrange a solution, including a refund if necessary.

I changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars as I received my refund within 1 day. It is a pity that the jacket I ordered was out of stock and it took them 3 weeks to find out and to notify me but within 1 day my total amount was refunded to me. Also they always sended me a reply when I had questions.

They banned me on instagram
I made an order a few hours ago. I payed 190€ and when i went to check later their Instagram profile they had banned me. I've sent them emails and i have commented in their latest tiktok videos. I want a refund right now if you are a scam. If you think you can take my money just like that you dont know me. We live in a f*** shi world. Everyone is a scammer and no one has emotions or humanity. If you are fake just give the money back. I ordered today. The orders are #3520 and #3521.
