Impossible to pair my new Quest 2
Impossible to pair my new Quest 2 with my iPhone. Impossible to enter the Settings menu. I have reset the headset, installed the app and entered the 5-digit code, in vain. I am an IT professional. I have to wait 2 days for an answer from the oculus support.
A million people are having the same problem, but no useful info on oculus.com.

Hvis du elsker validering, er dette lige noget for dig!
Fedt hardware, ødelagt af dårligt software! Hver eneste gang jeg har villet bruge mit legetøj, så har de fundet på en ny valideringsmetode som man skal bruge oceaner af tid på at komme igennem! Hvilket har betydet at jeg faktisk ikke rigtig gider at bruge det.
Så jeg anbefaler stærkt at man køber noget andet!

Meta Quest - rubbish product and games, disgusting and not reliable service service,
I purchased Meta Quest 3 in November last year with free Asgard's Wrath game.
I am very disappointed about the headset, your service and the game.
Firstly, the screen is frozen very often and it is not possible to enjoy playing my apps.
Secondly, I tried to contact with Meta Quest customer service several times and did not get response.
Thirdly, the Asgard's Wrath is not working. I tried few times to uninstall and install the game, reset my headset but it didn't work.
I feel very disappointed about your product, service and and special offer like Asgard's Wrath.

Great Product but very disappointing Support Coupled with Stoneage Payment System
I recently bought a Meta Quest 3 with a gift card. It took close to two weeks to get the gift card to work with the assistance of the customer support. In essence, the Meta Quest gift card I bought had 16 digits while the system was asking for 25 digits … I had to have the support of multiple members of the Meta Quest team to finally get the proper amount loaded. I am now having another payment issue related to authorising my son on the platform … Still unresolved… Shame about all this given that the actual product is quite good
