didnt have the option for 0 starts. Basically purchased a new handset, didnt arrive, escalated, chased the courier, courier confirmed it was lost. Meta have done nothing, not sent a new controller and still refusing to refund while they 'investigate' with the courier company !!! Now raised a charge back on my card.

Meta does not care about its customers
I am an adult that has been using my headset for a couple years. I have made many purchases for different apps without any problems until June of 25. I began getting messages stating that they had noticed unusual activity on my account and that I needed to file an appeal. First of all there is NOT any link or information on how to file and appeal. after hours of searching I contacted Meta support. They asked to all my information. Name, user name, accounts I had successfully used and dates of purchases. I provided all information.... crickets... nothing from Meta except for the canned response form someone in another country paid nothing to just respond with " I understand your frustration and we are working on this issue. Is there anything else we can do for you at this time? " Really ? I have a list of these messages in my in box but not a solution from Meta. This company is making a fortune from people like me and provide ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Meta is pouring all if their money into getting customers to purchase from them but IS NOT PROVIDING ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT! DON'T EVEN GET STARTED WITH THEM!

Kann ich nicht nachvollziehen diese Bewertungen. Ist super die Brille. Aufsetzten und los gehts, bei Playstation ist mit Kabel muss Fernseher angeschaltet werden, alles voll umständlich. Das alles hast du bei Meta Quest nicht. Ist viel besser. 👍👍

I cancelled my Meta Horizon subscription, but I didn’t get my money back. I wasn’t even using the service, and now I have neither the subscription nor the €8.99 I paid.
I contacted support, but they just said the system doesn’t allow them to refund it no real reason, just that. It wasn’t past any refund deadline. Everything seemed random and unfair.
Very disappointed with the way Meta handles customer issues. This should definitely be looked into by consumer protection. I don’t feel safe buying from the Meta Store again.

My Facebook account was canceled, and now my Meta Quest will not allow me to log in or even create a new account. They basically stole all the money I spent on games, as I can't access them. Buy a Playstation with VR instead, their customer support is great.

Vielleicht sollte META mal bei AMAZON zur Schulung laufen. Das hier war absolut verschwendete Zeit ... die gekaufte Hardware (Quest 3) ging aufgrund miserabelster Serviceunterstützung zurück.
Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass hier hauptsächlich KI am Werke war, der offensichtlich die Intelligenz gefehlt hatte. Folge Emails wurden mit denselben idiotischen Fragen gestellt, obwohl alles vorher schon in der Kommunikation stand.
Tolle Strategie ;) ... weiter so.

So I'd like to give this meta experience a 1 star because I've had really really weird encounters with the meta quest headset 2, my cousin who's 12 years old played some games in my headset once and for some weird weird reason, the meta quest headset detected that someone under 13 year old is playing games in the vr headset therefore, they wanted me to show proof that I'm 13 or up so I provided my ID and they declined multiple times even if everything was there even my name matched, still they declined, my account got suspended and even though I'm over 13 years old, meta didn't care, they permanently suspended my account and now, my other account is about to get suspended just because my cousin played on my vr headset, meta is 100% spying on you and they have the most terrible detection ever, they're overly obsessed how old you are.

Would like to give 0 stars! Basically Meta Quest Pc states “does not meet minimum requirements” but it does and exceeds them. Simple question to meta quest support you would think. Anyway now on my 20th email none of which been answered by same person. Obvious that none of them read what’s been said before or even answer the questions posed! Still not answered or fixed, even tried to close case twice. Just actually wonder if any of these people exist or is it just AI. Never experienced such terrible service anywhere.

Casque acheté depuis un certains temps, et aujourd'hui je me retrouve à avoir perdu tout mes jeux car le facteur de double authentification ne fonctionne pas et il m'est désormais impossible de me connecter à mon compte.
De plus Meta ne prends pas le problème au sérieux et ne fait rien et ne vous recontacte pas dans l'espoir que vous rachetiez votre bibliothèque, basculez sur d'autres plateformes beaucoup plus fiables et avec un service client.

Im on e-mail number 27 now on the ongoing customer support case. before was about 20 emails in but was closed before I could have it sorted.
My issue is that the meta store wont take my debit card anymore. I had no problems with it when I owned a quest 2 and then I upgraded to quest 3 and I have not been able to buy anything for it the last 2 months.
Im only receiving the pre-made text emails about them looking into it for the last month.
I upgraded from quest 2 to quest 3 and since that my debit card wont work in the quest store.It used to work fine before and I was at somepoint told that my card was blocklisted for some reason they have denied to tell me. I even had to send them documentation that the card belonged to me, I did all this and still it does not work. And as I have told them my card works anywhere else (steam, epic games, all websites) and I talked to my bank, there is no problem on their side. So after all this they are noe just ignoring my e-mails and sending me the copy/paste we are looking into it. So frustrating.
So here I am with my new quest 3 but I cant actualy get games for it! Great! I missed the holiday season sale and im missing the quest+ games of this month again it looks like! I believe they should have offered me compensation for this, but that is obviously not happening as they have ignored that question and also refuse to tell me why my card at some point was blocked.

What is further more annoying is if you have issues. You will be passed to differnt handlers with no handover. Habing to go through the issue again.
This includes sending all your evidence or reports you habe already sent.
You spend most of the cast resisting shouting your all idiots.
One of my issues is that my games are not in my account. All gone.

Zero customer service
I spent nearly 5 hundred quid on the Meta Quest3. It was difficult to set up and the strap is uncomfortable. Despite this I love the machine, that is until I try to play the Batman game that came with it. This is a great game going on the reviews and If I'd had to pay for it would have cost a packet. Shame mine doesn't work and Meta couldn't give flying fudge about it as they have decided to ignore my cry for help. OtherVR units are available at more reasonable prices and probably with much better customer service, well it could hardly be worse.
