Zamówiłam posiłek. Podany adres i numer telefonu. Posiłek nie dotarł ale przyszło potwierdzenie, że kurier dzwonił do domofonu, na numer telefonu, posiłek zostawił pod drzwiami. Nic z tych rzeczy nie miało miejsca... pieniędzy nie zwrócono... czuje sie okradziona.

Sprawa była weryfikowana - moja reklamacja odrzucona... podobno kurier zostawił posiłek na ławce? której? gdzie? nie wiadomo. W mailu widnieje, że była pod drzwiami.

Brak kontaktu i pomocy ze strony portalu gdy zamówienie nie jest dostarczone. Na podstawie informacji od restauracji zaznaczają w aplikacji że zamówienie dostarczone mimo iż było inaczej

In 2026, this is a standard feature across almost all food delivery apps, so it’s surprising that Pyszne.pl still doesn’t support it. It makes promotions far less useful and creates unnecessary frustration for users who simply want to combine discounts as you can on other platforms. Another issue is the interface, which feels very old and poorly modernized. The design might have been acceptable around 2010, but today it looks dated and less intuitive compared to the cleaner, more modern interfaces used by competing delivery services. Customer support is also not particularly efficient. When you contact support, responses tend to arrive much later than expected, which can be frustrating when you have a problem with an order and need a quick resolution. Finally, delivery costs are often excessively high. In many cases the delivery fee feels disproportionate to the order itself, especially when compared with other delivery apps that offer more reasonable pricing or clearer promotions. Overall, while the service itself works, the platform seriously needs modernization and improvements in key areas such as voucher flexibility, user interface, support response times, and delivery pricing if it wants to stay competitive with other delivery apps.

This was easily the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had with pyszne.pl.

The courier claimed that he called me and that I didn’t answer, which is simply not true. I received no call at all. Then he marked the order as delivered and stated that he left it at the gate. When I went down to check, there was absolutely nothing there.

To make things worse, there was no photo provided showing where the order was supposedly left. So according to the system, the food was “delivered,” yet there is zero proof and no actual order.

No call, no food, no photo, and no accountability.

Completely unacceptable service. I paid for food that never arrived, and the courier falsely reported the delivery. If this is how deliveries are handled, then the service clearly has serious reliability issues.

Szkoda że nie mogę dać 0 gwiazdek! Serwis jest tragiczny, przez błąd w serwisie - nagle pojawiły się potrawy które nie są teraz serwowane w restauracji - anulowano zamówienie ! Oczywiście żadnego wyjaśnienia , co i dlaczego … lakoniczny komunikat ! Dwójka niepełnosprawnych seniorów bez jedzenia, a na zwrot cyt. „całości lub części pięniędzy” poczekają dobie 5 dni!!! To jest skandal ! Nigdy więcej nie skorzystamy z tego portalu ! Omijajcie szerokim łukiem !
