Following a recent road traffic accident, I was referred to Pure Physiotherapy, and I can confidently say it’s the best physiotherapy experience I’ve ever had.

Raj, my physiotherapist, took the time to thoroughly assess my injuries and develop a personalized treatment plan that proved incredibly effective. It was remarkable to witness my progress after each session.

Raj was not only informative but also empathetic, explaining the nature of my injuries and how the physiotherapy sessions would aid in my recovery. His patience and supportive approach genuinely helped me achieve positive outcomes.

Additionally, I appreciated the convenience of the Pure Physio App, where I could easily access my treatment plan. The exercises are provided as videos, allowing for clear guidance, and if you prefer, you can also download them as a PDF. This feature made it easy to stay on track with my rehabilitation and monitor my progress, and the videos ensured I performed the exercises correctly.

I had a great experience! Zoe was incredibly professional and made me feel at ease throughout the session. She asked thoughtful questions to really understand my symptoms and highlighted a few important points to discuss with my GP.

She assessed my posture, neck, and back, and clearly identified the issues. I was given practical suggestions to help relieve pain and tension, along with advice on improving my breathing through my chest and back.

She also demonstrated exercises to help manage discomfort, which I found really helpful. Overall, the session was excellent and a great example of the high-quality service provided. Highly recommended!

My Practitioner, Miss Ruchika Dewan took the time to prepare easy access to videos by email that illustrated the correct movement of each exercise that was expected of me to do on a daily basis. She also demonstrated with me the correct form of each exercise and explained the importance of proper techniques within my physical limitations. She was always professional and courteous and showed great concern in helping me improve my medical issues and answered all of my enquiries in detail

I had a fantastic experience at Pure Physiotherapy in Norwich, the physio took his time and assessed my lower back pain thoroughly, gave me a clear rehabilitation plan, and I was feeling better after just a few weeks of following the exercises. This enabled me to take part in a fitness competition shortly after, which I was nervous about doing before visiting pure, due to my pain.

My Physiotherapist Angus Fairbairn was fantastic this was my last session with him. He listened carefully, was thorough and explained my condition clearly … I have seen a huge improvement and now able to go to work again I’m very grateful for his expertise and support. I highly recommend Angus.

I attended my first session of Physio at Beholder Studios last Monday evening in Wolverhampton.

Not being local to Wolverhampton, I didn’t know the area and struggled to find the venue.

I called your main line and a lovely lady was extremely helpful, getting the Physiotherapist (Adil) to call me.

This he did and very kindly guided me by saying to actually put BEHOLDER STUDIOS in the sat nav rather than just the postcode - and subsequent described a pay and display Euro Car Park which was only a short walk from the studios. He advised it was £1 for an hour’s parking.

I parked at 5.42pm, I was in good time - paid £1 for an hour’s parking - walked to the appointment. A little flustered as the driving ‘round and struggling to know where to go at a busy time of day was difficult, taking me out of my comfort zone somewhat!
Adil was excellent and very kind and thorough.

I arrived back at my car at 6.03pm, only to realise I had overstayed my parking duration.

I have not been myself following the recent accident and this thought never even crossed my mind.

The reason for sharing this with you is that I wanted to make you aware, your associate said it was quite a new venue that you’re using and I wouldn’t want any one else to struggle in the same way. You may be able to include the location and parking arrangement in the initial appointment email perhaps?

I have sent a letter by recorded delivery this morning to try and appeal to Euro Car Parks to let me pay to cover the 20 minutes that I was late…I doubt whether I will be successful and expect a hefty penalty notice in due course!

I will look forward to my next appointment on Monday next and rest assured I will put £2 in the parking machine to cover any eventuality.

I first attended the clinic several months ago. I was unable to sit for any length of time without extreme discomfort. The sessions with Nevzat Yuksel have included massage and exercise. They have enabled me to be far more comfortable and develop strength.
I am very grateful to him, as I am now able to go about my life without pain.

Went to Loughborough Sports Injuries Clinic as I have an injured back and couldn't get physiotherapy appointment on the NHS for several months. I had used Loughborough Sports Injuries Clinic before some years ago and so have had some experience with them. I am currently being seen and treated by Joanne Hartshorne. She has provided very useful advice and is very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend her. She has treated me on two previous occasions, successfully both times although one of the treatments was surgery provided by a hospital treatment. All my experiences treatment by Mrs Hartshorne have been successful and professional.

It was a very interesting and informative sessions. I have learnt how to pain manage and exercise to help my neck back and shoulders. Mr Malwanker did a great job
Clinic Colchester fitness 4 less

I came to physio in critical state from a car collision and have seen improvement by staying consistent with the programme my physiotherapist was Rudresh in Colchester clinic located in fitness4less

I first visited Pure Physiotherapy at Bawtry in April 2025 after being shunted in a RTA leaving me with Whiplash and a Torn ligament in my left knee. Victoria was exceptionally professional in her assessment therapy needed and within weeks I felt myself again, her care and compassion as I also suffered trauma was a tonic. So much so I have continue seeing Victoria for a fortnightly Massage. Being a carer for my disabled partner, she has given me time and empathy immensely important to my mental well being. thank you Victoria.

Attended the Barnsley branch and was treated over a number of weeks by Lewis.
I cannot fault the treatment at all, Lewis was professional and extremely helpful in understanding my issues and treated me accordingly.
He’s got me back to health really quickly.

Looks like a bomb site in a third world country.
This company must be making maximum profits for minimum physio .
10 min appointnents where actual physio is not provided? Do you think that your patients are really that easily fooled that they do not know when physio is actually occuring?
Another one of those dodgy companys that are not what they try to appear to be . Patients deserve actual genuine medical care and priority in a decent clean environment which is not what patients are being provided in my opinion from this appauling situation. What do you call a company that gets paid by a medical insurance company for a suffering patient , for appointments which are 10 mins long and involve a lack of genuine physio but
cost approx £50 a session?? And if anything the medical issue escalated and causes the patient further injury ? Not only do i personally believe this is medical and climical negligence , i also believe there are words for this kind of activity in the UK. I would also hazzard a guess that some reviews on "google" for this branch are also as ingenuine as i personally believe this company to be .
