First class service. Referred by GP and hardly any wait time. Polite, personable, professional- everything was explained clearly and up front, with a treatment plan and follow up appointment sorted in the first session.

I saw a lady by the name Miss Reshma Jaya Prakash and she was brilliant throughout. She gave me a good reception, explaining in simple language with no jargon and she was an excellent professional. Since it was my first time to visit physiotherapy, i left there reassured that i was in the safe hands.

I saw Malarvili this morning and she was lovely. She made me feel relaxed and listened to. She's given me hope.

It was only my induction and it was easy to identify the professional and friendly approach for the patient I normally find it difficult to relax in an normal environment but I felt very relaxed in a comfortable environment

Very fortunate to have assessment same day. Went in with limited neck range and pain (couldn’t look forward). Came out able to look forward! Did exercises regained full range and pain free 😁 over next few days.
Great physio, knowledgeable and explains things well.

I had chronic pain in my right shoulder area that turned out to be compression on my thoracic nerves. I saw Heidi Stubbs over the course of 3 months and the work she has done and the advice and exercises she has given me have been exceptional. The difference in the pain (I have no pain currently) and the looseness in my shoulder muscles feels miraculous. I would recommend Heidi and Pure physio to anyone with pain (muscular or skeletal).

Damon took time to listen to the problems I was experiencing. He probed about my symptoms. He gave me excellent advice and exercises to try before my next appointment. I did not feel rushed but I felt that my symptoms were being taken seriously and that he would be able to help.

Alexandra was really good, made me not feel nervous, the exercises she gave me , helped me a bit, and will keep doing them.

I would highly recommend Raj at the Woolwich clinic. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and helped me to overcome my injuries quickly.

Kate is great!!! I went in in great pain, but came out feeling much better. She warned me that it might take some time, but would definitely improve in due course, which is exactly what has happened so far. Looking forward to my next appointment😆😆😆

I have been suffering with severe pain on my back and legs for a while and I was so glad to have met Raj. He made me feel at ease.
He spoke with me about my pain and the process of how to help me.
The Physiotherapy sessions were so helpful.
I wish I could have more sessions with Raj because, I could feel the difference in my body

I had several physio sessions with Artin Afshari following problems with my neck. I noticed significant improvements after the following the exercise program set by Artin. The exercises were tailored to my goals and quickly reduced the discomfort in my neck- Artins approach was both professional and effective.

Ms Revati Pathak, was very helping with my Achilles injury and set up a rehab plan for me to follow, had sessions every week for the last 4 weeks and has seen a great improvement.

Not very good only likes to give you exciting to do..don't help with pain.

Very good would highly recommend to friends and family professional gave clear advice on my injury and plan to improve my injury
