I've been under the care of Max Coppel at Pure Physiotherapy Nuthall following a bad car accident. He did a thorough assessment to identify the root cause of the issues I was having, and came up with a treatment plan that has delivered fanastic results. Max has a great approach and is a very pleasant guy who puts you at immediate comfort.

Arrived with a serious shoulder injury that has been previously diagnosed as a tear by another physiotherapist, was given a 5 minuet check over then sent away and told to rest.

Very pleased with treatment & progressive exercise program that Hannah Wells provided for my shoulder cuff injury. She is great with her knowledge of specific exercises that target the injury and gave me a variety of exercises to do between each session. I now feel like my shoulder is back normal & pain free. Woohooo!

No access to building and no tel answering to alert physio of arrival , session , no checking of suitability to use stairs on arrival and had to ask for demonstration of exercises suggested

This was an initial appointment and I was most impressed. Surgesh was very professional informative and helpful.

Jo gave me great advice, with exercises tailored to my specific needs. She took the time to help me understand what was going on with my body, and was always happy to help with any related questions between appointments.

I have received treatment for several years from the clinic at Forest Road in Loughborough -Loughborough Physio and sports injury clinic , now part of Pure. I have had and continue with several musculoskeletal problems.

The clinic is always scrupulously clean and pleasant . The staff are very friendly and courteous.

I am treated by Jo Hartshorn the senior physio who is long qualified and thus has lots of experience. In addition to that I find her to always " go the extra
mile " to help me.

My physiotherapist, Amy at the Mansfield Woodhouse clinic, helped me so much The exercises given were explained thoroughly and my comfort was always a top priority. Thank you so much!

7 Star professional, patient, expertise in explaining and demonstrating rehabilitation exercise's and stretch’s to increase mobility and lessen pain. Physio I saw was Mr Korn. Highly recommend!

I had 3 sessions for help with severe Cyatica pain down left leg, and lower back pain.
During these sessions I had less than 10 minutes actual physio treatment the rest of the time was asking questions about how I was. They gave me some exercises to do but the App that these were sent via stopped working. ( which I reported in my last session and was told they would send them again, but they did not.).
Very disappointed and still in a lot of pain.

Great treatment with alot of work.
All the exercises worked well and greatly helped me get back to full fitness.
He was also very kind and funny and made each session as welcoming as could be.

8 sessions of physio for hamstring tendinopathy. I initially had soreness most days when sitting down at work or driving. Over 3-4 months, with progressive exercises, I increased leg strength and gradually felt the symptoms reducing, to being barely perceptible now. I'm now in a much better place and have been able to increase the volume and intensity of my runs.

Throughout the process I felt that Chris (@Pure Norwich) really understood the issue and what I was hoping to get out of it. I liked the fact that Chris would observe me doing the exercises and make tweaks to the plan that he had pre-prepared, to target areas of weakness. I've come out of it with a plan to maintain the strength developed and hopefully be more resilient to injury going forward. Overall, a great experience.

My therapist, Mahvish is very helpful and professional. She taylors my needs and capabilities helping me to build up gradually. I am very happy with her training.

After describing my pain Nevzat Yuksel understood and explained to me what was causing the problem. He then treated me over the course of six sessions and this has reduced the pain to between a slight discomfort and no problem at all. I have been given a series of exercises to do which I will keep doing now that I have been discharged.
Overall from first stepping in the door, to treatment to exiting the premises it is a a pleasant experience.

I saw Durgesh at the West Bridgford clinic for a running injury which was stopping me with my usual activities. He was thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. Very good experience would recommend.

I attended the Barnsley clinic and was seen by Kane.
I went with a pain around my foot/ankle area but was unsure what I had actually done.
Kane gave a thorough examination, and a detailed explanation of the problem so I understand what I had done. I was given an exercise programme to follow. I have since seen him for several follow-up appointments and have seen a great improvement in strength and movement.
Would highly recommend.
