It was a nice surprise to get a Purecard
It was a nice surprise to get a Pure card off BT as a reward for changing to Fibre broadband. I did have problems initially signing up for it and had several attempts before finally signing in. I haven't spent any money yet but looking forward to using it and hoping it works.

My bt reward card
My bt reward was generates soon after my 2nd month with them. It was easy to activate, popped it in my g pay and used just like a debit card for online purchases until it was all gone! Lovely perk to joining BT.

Pure Card - BT expect you to resolve issues
Never received it - had to keep calling and then was told to call your third party - still had to call BT back - used to work in customer service - felt like me had to solve until i go through to the last person who sorted it out - bit of a trial
Re your reply below - no i followed the email and all the instructions that want the issue - please dont try and offloaf the issue onto me - BT got it wrong !!! Dont just reply without knowing in full the issues as you dont like poor reviews !!!
