Unable to use
Well, I offered to buy a dress for my wife at John Lewis. Despite all their efforts I could net use the card. Eventually my wife had to pay and I was embarrassed! Perhaps some advice on usage would be appreciated. Maurice

We do appreciate your feedback, however a lot of retailers will not allow you to use part payment for online transactions. There is an option to purchase gift cards with this card, just make sure that the remaining balance of the transaction matches the balance of the card, so you can use the whole amount.

Mistplay gave me a £10 MasterCard and the only way to access it is through pure card. 3 days later and still can't register. I've tried everything. Looks like I've lost my money. Tried the phone number and email. Still nothing. One week later no solution actually lost my money. This site is definitely a scam

Had to set up am account to access the card details, Every time I try to log in to the account it says log in details are incorrect, ive changed the password several times & been back & forth countless tomes by email trying to sort out the situation & getting nowhere.
