The BT Pure Card is virtual, meaning that it will not be arriving via the post. Instead, it will be sent to you via email.
If you login to your account and click the card info tab, you will be able to view the card numbers so you can spend it online.

One of the benefits of having a digital card is that you can access the card instantly without having to wait for postal delivery but that does come with the restriction of having to use it for online purchases
A lot of retailers will not allow you to use part payment for online transactions. There is an option to purchase gift cards with this card, just make sure that the remaining balance of the transaction matches the balance of the card, so you can use the whole amount.

Whilst not quite as straightforward to go through the process of actually getting the preloaded Mastercard the process of using it was no different than using any credit card.

Very disappinted im stuck at lidl and manage to block my self out with the pin number, as what i thought was right but pin block me and then i panic, the pure card operator even thou i had told her it was not possible to pay for my shopping and as it showed on her end its not blocked, then ask me to go to cash point to unblock card, with all this tech she couldnt do it, so i was angre i didnt need this shit after being told i could not top up the card or transfer the little bit of money i had on there, so i got stress and embarrest at shop and politely said to store guy to cancel my order and bow my head in shame. Thanks for making me feel even more crap for not having access for surcruity reasons which is bollocks £6.50 to get milk and summit for my tea tonight. Total shit show

J'avais reçu une carte visa virtuelle…
J'avais reçu une carte visa virtuelle en juillet par mistplay tout s'est très bien passé. Je viens d'en recevoir une 2e d'un montant de 25€ mais impossible de m'en servir car on me demande les 9 chiffres du mail de purecard, le souci est que je n'ai jamais reçu ce mail. Quand je vais dans mon compte purecard il y a l'ancienne carte visa avec un solde 0€ mais je ne peux pas rajouter la nouvelle je n'ai pas les numéros demandés.

As promised by BT a reward card would be sent, activated and go spend. Of course the first shop incentives are to stay within the rewards of the company their brands etc. You can use the spend as a card and make retail purchases anywhere online. Thank you easy to follow and use.

It could of been easier without a virtual card
Life would of been far easier if BT had just sent a voucher with a barcode on to use at a shop. My folks are 87 and I am 58 and found it confusing when all I want was a 50 cashbask for switching to BT from Sky
