I bought a charger and battery combo. The charger worked perfectly. The battery wasn't quite what I needed. Nevertheless I was issued a refund and got to keep the battery, since it was faulty.
The customer service although a bit slow it was effective and a delight to work with. Overall a good experience regardless of the issue that arose, it happens!
