I purchased a laptop battery from them 5 months ago. The battery worked great, but then a week ago developed a charging issue. I contacted their customer service and they immediately honored the product warranty and shipped a replacement battery.

Antes de mais, NÃO é scam não se preocupem!! Eu abri esta página na altura preocupado mas correu tudo bem.

Comprei um carregador numa loja Portuguesa que derreteu e se estragou em menos de um mês por 50€.
Pedi devolução e procurei alternativas mas carregadores originais custavam 90 ou 100€.
Encontrei no ptbaterias.pt o carregador original por volta dos 50€ que paguei nessa outra loja por um carregador de marca branca.

Inicialmente achei demasiado bom para ser verdade e o site tem um ar um pouco desactualizado mas decidi arriscar e ainda bem que o fiz.
Foram super atenciosos, respondem com rapidez e entraram logo em contacto comigo porque haviam modelos ligeiramente diferentes do meu carregador e queria certificar-se que me enviavam o correcto.
O carregador já chegou, é igual ao original da marca e tem funcionado muito bem para já.

Muito muito contente com esta experiência e já sei onde vou comprar este tipo de artigos no futuro.

I ordered a laptop battery as a spare part. Delivery was fast and the item fitted perfectly. Also the contact to the customer support regarding some payment details (fees for intl. credit card transaction) was competent and customer friendly. All in all, everything was excellent.

Very accurate in handling the order. Especially finding battery for my old laptop (which was not to find in my own country) on their very good webshop after intense search was great.
Shipment took a while but package was safely packed with extra tools.

I purchased a replacement battery for a notebook last year (2025) in June. In march 2026, so after 9 month of use, this battery broke.
I contacted Ptbatteria (batteryAdapter in Ebay Germany) as there was 12 month warranty on this product and a new battery was send immediately to me.
