I bought a battery for my laptop from newlaptopaccessory.com. It was by far the cheapest offer and the delivery costs were even included. Unfortunately there were customs fees, but the company (newlaptopaccessory.com) also paid the customs fees. The only disadvantage was the slightly longer delivery time. But that's no wonder, as it's a long way from China to Germany. For the price and the good customer service you can get over it, you just have to factor in the time. I can recommend the company (newlaptopaccessory) to anyone without hesitation!

Habe einen Akku für ein Terra Mobile 1515 Notebook gekauft. Der Akku hatte Probleme beim laden gemacht. Als ich den Akku beanstandet habe, wurde mir sehr schnell und freundlich weitergeholfen. Am Ende lag es nur an einem BIOS-Update das mir durch meine Nachfrage empfohlen wurde. Ich bin mit der Abwicklung sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Der Verkäufer hat auf meine Fragen reagiert und konnte mir eine Problemlösung anbieten. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis.

The battery is charging very well and also the capacity is very good. The battery pack itself does not fit perfect. Communication with the dealer is perfect. I keep the battery and got partially refund; they take good care of their customers

I made a order on Tongfang Gk5cn5z battery 11.4V 3-células, and it just came as advertised. The website is good, and the customer serviced seemed good aswell.
No complains, aside that i had to pay customs, but got an email from the company saying they can pay them for me, so thats a 5 star service.

Leider hatte der Akku Lieferzeitverzögerung da der letzte, in Deutschland lagernde, Mängel aufwies.
Auf Nachfrage wurde der Ursache der Lieferverzögerung freundlich mitgeteilt und der Akku geliefert .

I bought a charger for lg 38gn950 at PTBateria to replace the original one. Although it's a white label charger, it works beautifully and matches the exact specifications of the original one. It came very well packed.
But the main standout in this purchase was the client support that I had from PTBateria. I had a few issues with Portuguese customs and the PTBateria's client support was absolutely great in all the help I needed, making this company a definite choice in future acquisitions.
