Quick online process but inappropriate cancelling terms
Positive aspects: Fast online request and process; Quick support team replies; use of English language.
Negative aspects: not very clear terms and conditions, especially if you are living in Brussels for less than a year. Cancelling policy is really inappropriate, if you think that this is the capital of Europe, with so many expats coming and going.

Quick, easy and awesome
I tried for 2 weeks to setup a tenant insurance with another organization, i will not mention their name as being ING Belgium, with no success. Eventually i gave up, found immoweb page and after 2 minutes i received the policy through email. As an expat with limited French language skils, a site that offers English as option and not requiring to have a Belgium mobile phone number non-sense was anything that i could have hoped for!
