I had ordered some catalogs, packaging was fine but somehow one catalog had been bumped. But I promptly received replacements, absolutely brilliant!
We were lucky enough to be on the Propstore Tour this week, and absolutely loved every bit of it. Graham and Luke, our Guides, were brilliant - informative, enthusiastic and had a great sense of humo... Näytä lisää

Yrityksen kirjoittama
In 1998, Propstore founder Stephen Lane’s love for movies led him to hunt for the same props and costumes used to create his favorite films. He found that he could provide collectors with access to their most coveted pieces and establish archival standards for this new, pop-culture hybrid of fine art and memorabilia collecting - prop art.
Since 2014, Propstore has regularly hosted live auctions featuring some of the world’s greatest Entertainment Memorabilia treasures. Propstore specializes in film and television props and costumes, production materials, and artwork, as well as music memorabilia, posters, and collectible toys. Propstore also holds regular online auctions in association with many of the industry’s major production materials and has over 5,000 items available for sale via Buy Now on www.propstore.com.

Professional business you can trust
I was a little unsure of registering my absentee bid. I contacted propstore and was immediately given piece of mind that it had been excepted. I watched the item I had bid on via a live stream link go under the hammer. The following day i contacted propstore and they confirmed i was the successful bidder. The communication from propstore kept flowing all the way ensuring my item was delivered.

Sorry , We forgot to list your time !
Sent Propstore a piece of music memorabilia , they advised me that it would be promoted in their October music auction, they had the item for over 6 months and then didn’t list the item, it went until I chased them that they realised the mistake. This maybe human error , but not what I’d expect from a professional auctioneer.

Excellent Auction Experience
I'm a first time customer/winning bidder of Propstore. Registering to bid was extremely easy. After I won the item, I received a couple of emails updating me on the shipping status. The item shipped from the UK to the USA, arrived the next day after being shipped and was received in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to purchase another item from Propstore.

Do not trust Propstore's listings
Do not trust Propstore's listings on Liveauctioneers - they misrepresented the quality of a vintage movie poster in their listing photo and description on Liveauctioneers and when confronted blamed Liveauctioneers for the lower resolution photo of their Liveauctioneers listing page - leaving me to have to pay to have the poster properly restored.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d like to clarify that all of our items are photographed and described with care on our own platform, where the full-resolution images and detailed condition reports are always available. Unfortunately, third-party platforms such as LiveAuctioneers compress images, which can affect how details appear. We encourage all bidders to review listings directly through Propstore for the most accurate representation. That said, we regret any frustration this caused and appreciate the opportunity to address the concern.
Their support staff went above and…
Their support staff went above and beyond to assist me in procuring the item’s payment. After my banking establishment was being difficult releasing the funds. I can’t over state the patient nature they have to navigate the payment processing with ease.
After the payment went through there was just a slight delay in getting my item shipped, it was diverted to the back of the queue as my bank caused the snarl. Once it was sorted, it was shipped an delivered in a timely manner and was wonderfully packaged to prevent any damage to it.

Super rude customer service for a lost package they labeled wrong. Still hasn’t show up. If I could upload photos I would denying it was labeled wrong denying it was lost and trying to blame a return customers who has spent 10’s of thousands of dollars through the propstore.

Absolute joy to deal with!
Having both sold and purchased memorabilia from them, Prop store have always been an absolute pleasure to deal with.
They have the best customer service out there. Ryan has been great to deal with on my most recent purchase and the lovely people in the UK office who helped organise some sales for me were excellent.
Everyone here is an absolute joy to deal with.

Great auction. There is just one thing I will criticize; some damage on the props was not seen in the pictures.
