Lovely polite lady. Talked through the whole process. Her accent was quite strong and she was wearing a mask therefore communication was a struggle I kept having to ask her to repeat. Received results within an hour.

It's wasn't as bad as I thought for a online service. Customer repesentive forget to tell me to write on test card. Fit to fly certificate came back within 1/2 hour not bad.

Confusing initially
The Nurse Wendy was very good professional but friendly disposition once I connected with her via zoom all straightforward and well explained.
Before the test I was sent a confusing amount of emails some containing irrelevant information and the video showing how to complete the test seemed to be for an unobserved test and was narrated too fast. If I had followed the advice on that video I may well have activated my test too early causing all sorts of stress and issues.
