Excellent service as usual from PHS. The engineer was very thorough and polite. He explained what he would be doing regarding the service,10/10.

The workers damaged my home and refused to fix it, Also I received a terrible customer service experience when I challenged the behaviour they started laughing. They could benefit from learning some manners and what good customer service is. Don't allow these cowboys in your property they will damage it and try to intimidate you if u address your issues.

All the procedure, a very competent team at every level and all is working well!!

After a lot of initial problems, everything was sorted out from a visit by Martin. I now have an instruction leaflets, shown how to use the system and a faulty wire replaced.Many thanks for the visit

Problems with installation, wrong circuit breaker used which kept tripping, I had to provide one myself. Very little care taken with my home, brickwork damaged (drilled from inside without pilot hole blew out brick face) and damage to patio (paving cracked/smashed) due to little care taken with scaffolding.

I have now had a heat source pump installed which was completed in 2021 and recently has solar panels installed. I chose Project Heating Solutions as I was happy with the work and service provided previously, hence I went back to them for the solar panels.

This is the first year I had cause to complain, was disappointed to find that our whole system was left switched off after the service had been completed. Phoned next morning only told there is a help line if you have problems, no apology or anything.

We recommend project heating for professional work and assurance at all times. From the very start of our project , to the first meetings, to inspections and work carried out in and out of our home.

We had no compliants . Neat and tidy work at all times and every engineer was polite and respectful.

It has been well worth waiting for, clean energy and easy to use.Enjoying constant hot water at all times and also a big plus so economical to run .

Very efficient and helpful

The heat pump has replaced an oil boiler.
The whole process was smooth from initial quote to final installation. A couple of adjustments had to be made on site when the plumbers arrived to implement the plans but they have improved on the original.
A query after installation was dealt with immediately. All the documentation has now arrived.
We have a warm house and no smell of kerosene.

I’ve had air source heat pumps for nearly 3 years and I am generally pleased with them and the efficiency of the engineers. Of course there were problems at instillation which were dealt with without fuss and (as they promise when the contract is signed) at no extra cost. The recent servicing was done, requiring a further visit because of a slight problem, without extra cost too. Cheerful friendly engineer who took me through some of my technical questions to help me understand the system even more. As another reviewer has remarked, electricity charges have gone up despite having no gas or oil and with a green tariff. This is a problem that governments need to sort out if we’re trying to be green. I would recommend the honesty of Project Heating Solutions which is a reflection of their experience in that industry as they do not want to let customers down.
