Installation as agreed - scaffolding delivered day 1, completion day 2: what more can you ask?

Initial problems with email communications, the team who came to install the solar panels and battery inverter unit, needed batteries for cordless tools charging, smoked on the drive so my house smelt, didn’t clear up the mess from the install - unit was faulty and had to be replaced a week later.
The scaffolding had to stay in place until the job was done, resulting in marking and damage to brand new tiles in garden. Also when fitting the solar panels, the rubbish was just left all over the top end of the garden.
The whole experience was poor and I don’t feel confident going forward.

From the initial discussion through to completion everyone I came into contact with took the time to understand what I was looking to achieve from my solar installation and recommended a sensible amount of kit without over - specifying for my needs.
The installation team arrived on time and despite a blustery day installed the panels quickly without any fuss. The whole installation is very neat, the wiring secure and tidy and any mess was cleared away.
I received all the certification and warranties etc shortly after installation and was contacted twice to enable me to set up the system app to understand how everything works.
Everyone I have come into contact with has been very helpful and knowledgeable and nothing has been too much trouble.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone contemplating having a solar system installation.

Following a very productive meeting with Adam Fox I decided to go with project heating solutions who managed to save me a small fortune.

I am very grateful to Adam who went above and beyond in obtaining me an excellent deal and to project heating solutions who installed the system on Wednesday in a matter of hours and the guys that did in knew what they were doing.

Mostly good and efficient but finishing quality of exterior coving was poor. Cleaning up after interior was not great.

Surveying not very good. He went up to the loft, said everything would fit in ok. When the lads fitting it came, they told me it wouldn’t go up there. It had to be fitted in the cellar. Not sure what you paid for the survey but I would get your money back. Apart from that everything else was done well. For the fitting, scaffolding etc I would give 5 stars!!

40 year old boiler and 6 radiators out and new boiler 12 new radiators in took just one day! Electician set up new boiler next day .

Got to decorate now but in was ready anyway
A lot of paperwork but worth it in the end as this took nearly 6 months to get the ok for this to get funds from the Eco 4 upgrades scheme a few sleepless nights wondering if we were going to get charged for all this but in the end we didnt so was worth it! yes

The installation was quick and caused us very little disruption. The installers were efficient and considerate.
The whole job took 2 days.
Afterwards it was checked carefully.
I was very impressed.

I wasted approx 6-8 months with this so called company who told us we would be eligible to receive a free combi boiler replacement due to government funding for ill health. I filled in all the forms answering all the questions and was hassled to pester my G.P. until all forms were signed and completed. They had photos of my home and appliances and all my private information. They sent people round to check every room and take more photos in and outside the house including the attic which I found very invasive. Two weeks later I had a phone call to say we were not eligible for a new boiler as we did not have a water tank. This question was covered at the beginning of this long process. I expressed my concerns as to how this could be as combi boilers do not need a water tank. They would not answer me or tell me why !
This company are a complete scam !!!
Dont waste your time and be taken in as I was !!!

Each and every specialist to include sale’s, design, installation and customer service gave clear and concise information allowing me as purchaser to make an informed judgement when deciding who to place a high cost order with.

The installation of my solar panels was swift and efficient, all mess was cleaned up and taken away. The help from Michael in the Customer Care department was very much appreciated.
