The engineers are hard workers and are as tidy as they can be. The workmanship is very good. The system they put in is very quiet.
I was a little disappointed in the hand over, not fully understanding how our new system worked. Things like the water heater is totally independent of the heating. How to set up the timer for the heating. The engineers were too eager to leave, before the electrician had fully completed his job. So they never tested the system. We had a water leak in the cabinet, luckily the electrician fixed it. The radiator in the living room didn’t heat up. They didn’t come back until nearly a week later, they had not turned something on.
I am pleased with my heating, now I have all the information on it that I need. It’s frustrating when you invest in something like this, and you feel that you have made the wrong decision.
So I would have given 5 stars, but the handover and the speed or lack of it to fix the radiator, spoiled it.

Very good service from PHS. The annual service was easy to book and arranged in a timely fashion. The engineer was very pleasant, knew the intricacies of our system and appeared thorough. He was very communicative throughout.

From receiving email reminder regarding service of heatpump all straight forward and easy. {This is the second service). Polite helpful staff. Just rang up and booked a date/time. Two lovely men turned up on time. Very professional and willingly and informatively answered any questions we asked. Think Adam has just started working with PHS but what good people he and his colleage are. Polite, clean and helpful, Reasonable price too for the service.

I have had my air source heat pump for nearly three years now, and I am delighted with it. It is easy to control via the Honeywell Home app on my phone. There is no gas where I live, and my old oil boiler was coming to the end of its days. The house I'd now warm, and the heating is far more efficient. Sadly the cost of electricity has sky-rocketed, but then so has gas and oil, so it probably isn't costing me any more than anyone else. The installation took two days, and the lads who fitted it all were very professional and efficient, and I have it serviced by PHS annually, as a condition of my grant, and the whole set-up is thoroughly checked and topped up if necessary.

I was fortunate enough to qualify for a grant for my Air Source Heat Pump and Solar Panels. I was equally fortunate to have Project Heating Solutions to install the heating system and panels.
All of the staff were helpful, reliable and tidy. I am delighted with the work and my new heating system / panels. Top marks.

The company was extremely helpful and Jodie did her best for us. My local authority didn’t work with them but Jodie directed us to the government website so we could look into other options. This is above and beyond what I expected.

In 2018we lived in Mansfield uk and had one of the first air source heat pump fitted to our bungalow and had amassing service from project heating solutions from the initial installation to the after care. It was so good that when we moved to Wales I didn’t hesitate to ask project heating if they would be interested in installing a new heat pump to replace our gas boiler. The installation took place at the start of this month and I’m happy to inform that this installation went as expected perfectly. So it’s a big thank you to Martin and Kika for making sure everything went smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending project heating solutions to anyone. They are amazing.

Sales,Customer service, installation and communication all first class. It was a delight to work with a company who can just do what they say within an agreed timescale. I cannot praise this company enough and the staff are a total credit to the company, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Competent knowledgeable PHS staff, through survey, design and installation of the panels. Happy to explain all they were doing and make adjustments where needed. The responses were prompt and the installation completed within 3 weeks of placing the order. Good communications throughout the process.

The overall service was good although there were a couple of things that could have gone better with a little less stress for me, particularly the design process and the site survey, which was a little chaotic as the surveyor lost his glasses and was v flustered. As a consequence of this, the design had to be hastily changed at the eleventh hour.
However, any obstacles were quickly overcome and I was particularly impressed by Michael’ s calm efficiency and friendly guidance. The installation was also done very well by a friendly team (but please supply them with shoe covers in future).
In the end, I’m confident we maxed out on the array and what we have represents good value for money and I would recommend this company.

Have to admit long term reluctance to installing a Solar panel / battery scheme in the past . Firstly on aesthetic grounds and secondly as we only had an outline grasp of the costs , economics , warranty issues etc associated .
Given the inevitable increase in energy costs thought it was time revisit and if comfortable to bite the bullet .
Began the process earlier this year . Initial contact (and contact point throughout the process) was Rob Moore of Roofriendly . He was a good communicator and patient and able to answer an extremely long list of questions relating to the physical and monetary aspects of the installation . Subsequently a detailed technical visit from Project Heating Solutions (PHS) prior to installation attended to any other issues (Fine tuning installation issues etc) . This was important as we wanted the whole installation to be as discreet and functional as possible - this was critical to us .
We decided to go ahead . Was painless . Discreet placement of panels and battery were exactly to our wishes .
The physical installation by PHS was friendly and efficient . A very professional team . It was carried out quickly and with minimal disruption . System up and running very quickly .
So following 5 years of outline investigation followed by 6 moths detailed review we finally got there .
