Just outstanding. Joe took the time to do an excellent job, beyond the technical essentials and providing a thorough clean and cosmetic tidy up. He was also able to give solid advice on some plumbing changes planned for later in the year, opening up a possibility that I wasn’t aware would be an option. I’m genuinely impressed and very happy with the service. Thank you.

PHS have provided very good service to my solar + battery installation in all stages, including initial survey of my house, preliminary proposal, detailed proposal and quote, installation and after-sale support.
Michael is a brilliant mate and his responses to my queries are always fast, professional and polite.
Highly recommended to any home owner if you are looking for a similar setup.

Joe came, did the heat pump system annual service and fixed a fault. Excellent.

Installation went well - a skilled team. We had a problem which delayed completion, but the engineer returned the following day and was very helpful.
We were unclear regarding the next steps and had to ring to find out - it would have been good to have a clear verbal handover, or a routine follow-up email in the first 24 hours after completion. We have fed this back and feel we were listened to and helped.

Great service for heat pump and boiler always very helpful and everything explained by Joe very efficient and there if needed, allways on time and respectable of property.

Had our annual service, the engineer was great by showing us a better more cost effective way to run our air source heating system, bit dissapointed that we werent shown this at installation as we find the air source pump system quite complicated to run. The service was comprehensive and the chap was very thorough and helpful.

I've just had my annual service for my heating.

Steve serviced both the boiler and the air source . He didn't stop until the service was completed. He was working for over 2 hours.

To be honest, I was thinking of hav5the Air Source removed, as I wasn't really happy with it. The reason was,(I found out today ) the guy who serviced the boiler and air Source last year hadn't done a proper service. He was only here about 15-20 minutes. Obviously I didn't know anything how long a service should take!! Apparently that chap has now left the company!

Already more hot water is ACTUALLY really hot after today's service.

As well as doing a fantastic job of the service, Steve is such a pleasant, friendly chap.
I cannot praise him enough.

I feel content now in the knowledge that I will be nice and warm this coming winter, without having to put the Gas fire on as well as the radiators

Outstanding service from start to finish.
I had both an air source heat pump and solar panels installed into my property last week and the whole process has been seamless. The sales team were excellent, very thorough and knowledgable and I can’t fault the installation. The lads that came were very polite and explained everything (and even tidied everything up after)

We were delighted with the response we got from the team at PHS, from the office staff on the phone, to the engineers that visited us. They were polite and diligent in all of their actions, answering all of our questions and making suggestions based on them. Well done to them.

Recently, I had a Heat Source Pump installed by Project Heating Solutions.

The installation process was smooth, and the staff was very professional. They kept me informed throughout the process, right up until the day of the installation.

The engineers were friendly and did a great job. However, there were a couple of leaks on the radiators. An engineer was promptly sent back out to fix them. The reason for the leaking was that they changed the pipework to plastic, but they did not replace the push fits to the existing pipework at the rear of the radiators.

Also, the main radiator in the lounge has a large scratch. I’m still waiting for this to be replaced. Hopefully, they will contact me soon around this.

The engineers did not explain the controls to me; they simply stated that they were set up at a 50° flow temperature. Unfortunately, the support team was not very helpful in explaining how the system actually worked. I had to rely on YouTube videos to understand how to set it up efficiently.

All paperwork was received.

I also attempted to set up a service plan, but I never received the pricing information or the email that was promised. I am quite disappointed with this aspect of the service.

I also called multiple times just to obtain support to determine why my hot water was coming on all the time. In the end, I managed to find an article that showed me what I was doing incorrectly.

However, I never received a call back. That is why I have not given you a 5-star review.

Improvements could be made to the after-care team.

They offer good sales, but the installation process is disappointing. After the installation, they left behind cigarette butts, food waste, and screws in my home. When I brought it up, they expected me to clean it up myself.

While we had some issues, PHS answered our request for help in re-establishing the use of two radiators. Their employee, Allan did not begrudge the time spent in doing a thorough and comprehensive check and rebalancing of the heating system throughout the house. Thank you for the service provided and for Allan's work.

After seven years of constant comfort our system went down on boxing day, plunging is into icy conditions with a house full of guests. The out of hours technician (Martin) talked me through how to get the system up and running to provide us with hot water, and after a bit of difficulty reaching him the following day we identified and put in a temporary fix, thanks to his remote support. He followed up with me later that night and again the following day. I cannot praise the service highly enough.

Dan the electrician came and took photos of work done by Billy and Curtis. He was obliging and courteous and showed us the extra programming for the storage heaters, well done Dan.

The system works great just as we were told it would. The guys that installed it did on a freezing day thick snow and howling wind. Just had a couple of issues but they came back later and put them right. I would recommend the Company and will do so if any body inquiries. Thanks guys

Booked a Service on my late Brothers Heat Pump and paid up front for the service to take place 2nd September and took the day off work, engineer arrived but had never worked on the Make/model before and couldn't sort an Error code so didn't want to do half a service and left said office would be in touch to re-book. no communication with office until i made contact, another day off for Daikin attended to sort Error code all good second Appointment made Friday 11/10/24 another day off work engineer again un familiar with my system had to make some phone calls 45 mins later informed me he needed access to gas metre showed him where meter was said there wasn't enough access and id need to take out the fitted cupboards and work service? i told him that wasn't possible so he left again no service so today i contacted PHS and asked for a refund which i was told wasn't happening because they had been out and i in there words refused to let him service my system? why would anyone do that when i had taken the day off work and the engineer was there?

Did everything they said would be done, arrived when they said they would. The whole process from being to end was excellent. The lads that did the work were faultless, friendly and very hard working. Left or property clean and tidied up after the work done. Impressive.
