A great experience with Solar and Battery supply and Fit.

I chose PHS based on a friend's recommendation, and they truly exceeded expectations. From the outset, everything was explained clearly and professionally. They arrived on time, carried out a clean and efficient installation, and left everything in perfect order.
What really impressed me was how they handled a minor issue with the setup. Rather than deflecting responsibility, they took full ownership, coordinating directly with the equipment manufacturer, providing remote support, and even arranging a site visit to ensure everything was resolved. Throughout the process, they kept me fully informed, which made a potentially stressful situation feel completely manageable.
Issues can happen with any project, but it's how a company responds that sets them apart. PHS demonstrated genuine care and professionalism at every step. Their follow-up was excellent, and they provided a complete, well-organised record of all documentation; no need to dig through endless emails.
All in all, a first-class experience with a company I would confidently recommend and gladly use again.

Plumbers and electricians very good.
Unfortunately 2 radiators were the wrong size. One was exchanged for smaller one which still did not fit. They fitted it anyway. The radiator was behind a door which inhibited fully opening. We had to get another plumber at further costs to ourselves to remove and put it on another wall.
We had trouble securing a date for the plumber to supply and fit a radiator to the conservatory. The plumbers eventually arrived with a new radiator and fitted on the 5th August.

❌ PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY ❌

Project Heating Solutions has been, without a doubt, the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with.

We were left without heating or hot water for 12 days, which is completely unacceptable — especially as I have two small children.

The issue started late on a Friday evening, and we were shocked to discover that Project Heating Solutions provides no emergency contact number. This left us completely stranded over the weekend.

First thing Monday morning, we contacted them, only to be told that the engineering manager was on holiday and unavailable. When I asked to speak with someone else in charge, I was informed there was no one else I could speak to.

We were then reassured that someone would liaise with us via email to help resolve the issue. No one ever contacted us. I followed up again on Tuesday, only to be told — once again — that the manager was still on holiday and they would “liaise with GRANT” (the manufacturer). We’re still waiting.

Out of desperation, I contacted the manufacturer directly. Thankfully, they were absolutely brilliant and have worked with us consistently over the past 12 days to try and resolve the issue.

The root of all these problems? Faulty installation of our heat pump by Project Heating Solutions. We’ve discovered:
• Wires taped together
• Exposed wiring (live and neutral)
• Damage so severe it burned out the circuit board and rotary isolator within the unit

This is not just poor workmanship — it’s dangerous. I would strongly urge anyone considering Project Heating Solutions to think twice. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic duty of care has been appalling

ASHP installed by PJHS serviced by them annually. ASHP failed no support given whatsoever 10 days and no reply contacted grant PCB replaced however issue with wiring present. Neutral leak. Wiring traced to cable which was installed to the pump. Must have ran out of cable so jointed another piece bare terminals with a piece of earth pvc tape and an automotive bullet connector to join the earth. Sneakily hidden in the loft. Also same for immersion heater loose wagos tucked under insulation. Lie on service sheets say filters are cleaned if they have cleaned them then they must replace the dust back on them. You’d be knackered if you had a problem in the winter as no word back for 10 days since first notified. You know it’s a bad install when the grant engineer says who the hell has put this in

First time dealing with this company and it was excellent. From start to finish they was full of excellent customer services the willingness to help was outstanding. Having the ASHP installed was the best decision I have made for my property and has saved me a lot with my energy bills. If you are wanting to save money this is the way to go.

From start to finish, working with a his company has been an absolute pleasure. Edwin and Jamie were incredible- not only are they experts at what they do, but they were also kind, respectful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for us.

They took the time to walk us through the entire process, answered every question with patience, and made sure we felt confident and comfortable with our new air source heat pump.The installation was done with care and precision and their attention to detail really stood out.

Thanks to Edwin and Jamie, our home is now so much more energy-efficient and comfortable- we’ve already noticed the difference. It’s rare to find people who are both highly skilled and truly thoughtful in their work, and these two went above and beyond.
