Fantastic support provided. Our heating was not working, I spoke with Martin at PHS, he instructed me over the telephone on how to correct the problem. The problem was fixed, he didn't charge me.

Joe, engineer was very helpful & friendly. He was very methodical & completed my annual heating service very efficiently & thoroughly.

I’ve recently had a new heat pump fitted with PHS. I was a bit sceptical at first with it being a new thing but I have to say I’m really happy with it. It does function differently to a normal boiler and takes some getting used to but once you find what works for you it’s lovely. My house is lovely and warm all the time. I’ve noticed a reduction already on my weekly usage. I’ve no comparison at the moment for the winter usage but so far so good. The team was very lovely who installed my system and very friendly throughout the service. They communicated well throughout. I’m glad I had this done. A special mention for Joe for sorting some minor issues and going above and beyond in his spare time to ensure the job was done to a high standard. Also for boxing in some pipes for me. He didn’t have to do this but really went up in my estimation. Thankyou.

From the initial chat to the installation, the service has been very good. The driver behind that has been Rob who has been there throughout the journey.
Good communication, respectful and simplifying things for us.
Once fitted we had to just clean the filter, which we were told may need doing.
However, after texting Rob at 6am on a Saturday (I know!! ) he immediately responded to guide us. A good man.
When he says I'm here if you need me, he means and acts on it.
A special mention also to the installation team and office staff who were on the ball.

First class service, provided by Joe and Archie who'sorted a couple of minor problems for me and went above and beyond my expectations with their curtious and professional Knowledge

The whole experience was great from start to finish. I had been looking at my options for changing my boiler as it needed to be replaced and after discussions with a colleague at work decided to ask PHS Solutions for a quote. They were very quick and sorted the quote and EPC within a couple of weeks and once I had agreed to the heat pump it was completed within 2 days the week after. The team came to fit the pump,pipework and radiators on the first day and although the house was full of people they were efficient,clean and very polite. The second day was the electrical team and they were exactly the same. All the waste was taken away and I had nothing to do but enjoy my purchase.

I recently had 14 solar panels and 5 kW of battery storage installed by the lovely chaps from Project Heating. The team were fantastic and made a very neat job of the solar panels on my roof, taking special car to ensure they were installed symmetrically which was very appreciated.

Communication from Kika at the office has been brilliant and all paperwork was sent over quickly. Would recommend.

After 6-months: Solar (12 panel, south facing) and battery solution (13.5kWh) performing well; Net electricity export for the first 6 months (spring & summer) of 1100kWh.

Went from spending £600 to earning £400. System should pay for itself in the 10 years PHS projected.

There were some bumps early on... refuse left at site, roof area estimation, and insecure WiFi configuration. PHS resolved and made good on the first two of those within days including installing additional panels to fill roof at cost price, without additional labour charges. Resolving the WiFi security issues I had to do myself - I feel that PHS should do more in this area as leaving default passwords is bad!

There's a slightly smug feeling when you see neighbours experiencing power cuts and your house stays lit. I'd be happy to recommend PHS.

The whole experience from start to finish was great. The planning team were great and made everything clear and coordinated the install really well. The installation team were fantastic. The work was neatly installed with little fuss and they left the premises clean and tidy in a timely nature. Brilliant. After sales has also been great. I've not had the heat pump over winter period yet, so I don't yet know how well it will cope in an extended cold period. However, so far so good. I have loads of hot water, the house was warm and cosy in spring, and my bills have reduced significantly. I was warned by many people beforehand of heat pumps being excessively noisy, but this is NOT the case with my Mitsubishi; I never hear it at all. I would definitely recommend PHS to install a heat pump. Fantastic job all round.

What a wonderful team. Rob talked me through everything in detail, once agreed I was kept fully in the loop. They guys that came to install the heating pump were lovely, friendly and respectful of my property. I did encounter a slight problem Friday evening but Rob jumped in and had someone back out the next day to resolve the issue. Couldn’t recommend a better team. Thanks for your hard work and support.
