Project EV Arvostelua 

Grateful thanks to Lewis Woollett. After trying unsuccessfully to reconnect our EV charger by ourselves, we decided to call for help. Lewis was so patient and helpful. There was never any rushing. At no point were we made to feel silly or incompetent. Excellent customer service. Thanks so much Lewis.

EV charger has been working well but one of the settings wasn’t quite right. Phones the support line and Samuel helped me out quickly and effectively. Always had good customer support from Project EV which reallly makes a difference.

He took the time to listen patiently to the issues I was having connecting my electric car to my home EV charger and quickly identified the solution. Paul was professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the call, making what had been a frustrating problem easy to resolve. Excellent customer support - thank you, Paul.

After struggling for a few weeks to get my charger working following a house move a 10 minute call with Lewis solved all my issues, very knowledgeable and helpful on our call.

Great service provided by Samuel Phillips who went through and fixed my issue but more importantly took time to go through how to use the charger and how to set it up to charge at a specific time. Did not rush the call at all.

Had a problem with App which I caused myself! but it was soon rectified by Project EV technician Samual.

So helpful and reassuring while sorting out the problem.
Very clear when talking me through the stages and confirming that I was on the right page, and prssing the
right buttons.
Ready to answer questions.
And maybe most importantly got the problem solved!!

First time getting my EV Charger ready for when I get my new car and Lewis was brilliant, very efficient and patient with me and I was fully working within 10 minutes.

Perfect service. No waiting in a queue to speak to technical, guy called Jacque answered, was patient and helpful guiding me through the process, no rushing, no pressure.
I lost signal and he called back straight away and finished off advising me to sort the issue.
Issue was not the product but previous user settings.
Breath of fresh air to deal with a company and workers like this.

Jacque was knowledgeable friendly and patient will my limited IT skills! He helped explain and understand the issue in a language that I could understand without using technical jargon that would have made no sense to me. Jacque realised that I was feeling frustrated that there had been a lot of to-ing and fro-ing of emails sending photos to EV and he consolidated the information so that I now await contact from a scheduler to fix an engineer visit.

Excellent service following a WiFi issue, helpline was excellent and talked through connection to new router. A1 would recommend
