Purchased via Top Cash Back as was told their payout was 4 weeks. It even says on that the purchase 4 weeks. We are now nearly 6 weeks after payment and no sign of the money being released to top cash back. Didn’t even need an extra vpn but the deal sounded too good to be true, I guess it is. Don’t use top cash back as this company won’t approve it.

In general the VPN works well unless you're in the PRC where it doesn't work at all no matter which protocol you use and which server you attempt to connect to. The automatic selection feature for the VPN server location is pretty bad and often selects servers over 10.000 km away from my location. The reason I've been their customer for around two years now however is their very affordable price and the port forwarding feature.

The 7-day free trial is a scam
Offered a 7-day free trial, but charged and took money from my card right away. It did not even add the free trial. Talk about false advertising. Cancelled it that day because it did not even work on the site I needed it for. They said to refund at Google Play, but refund was denied.

Because this was an in-app purchase through Google Play, it is not covered by PIA's direct money-back guarantee, and refunds must be requested from Google in line with their own policies.

Good function.
Could not finalize payment with the offer received on the honepage for 3 years. Tried it 3 times...
Had to go with the triple price in-app offer, which was a disappointment.
An additional disappointment was the delayed billing which caused me economical problems & issues with transparency of using the PIA services.
Good app for most people.
