I was not pleased with how PIA operated…
I was not pleased with how PIA operated on our two computers and I canceled my subscription three years ago. Their website did not provide a user friendly way to cancel, so I called and spoke with someone on the phone and they assured me that the subscription was canceled and received an email from them. Three years later I continue to deal with them charging my card. I would not recommend doing business with PIA.

déco du vpn, lenteur des serveurs, on perd plus de la moitié de nos connections je veux dire en bandes passante, ne parle que anglais pas de français, tickets qui ne résout rien, et sans compter l'augmentation d'une année à l'autre, j'ai vu qu'en ne renouvelant pas le forfait qui avait augmenter, ils reviennent vers vous quelques mois après pour revenir à la somme du départ mdrrr bizarre non ? et quand au fait qu'ils ne gardent aucun log, j'en doute, à bon entendeur

Nous entendons aussi vos remarques sur la barrière linguistique, c'est un retour légitime que nous prenons en compte.
Concernant les tarifs, nous savons que les changements au renouvellement peuvent être frustrants. Nous essayons de trouver un équilibre entre des prix d'entrée compétitifs et un service de qualité.
Quant à notre politique de non-conservation des logs, elle a été auditée de manière indépendante par Deloitte, et nous la défendons pleinement.

Service client horrible. Ils répondent vite mais ne font rien d’autres que créer des tickets. Les tickets n’auront jamais de réponse… les problèmes ne sont jamais réglés. Je n’ai jamais reçu l’accès au logiciel PIA Mac Cleaner malgres mon abonnement. Je n’ai pas non plus eu mon cashback iGraal de 30% car ils ont refusé l’affiliation.

The GENUINE advantages of PIA over ALL other options.
The primary advantage of PIA is the absolute ease of use factor. A close second is the speed with which it engages/disengages. In fact it is SO fast that upon re/start-ups if I open PIA immediately upon awakening PIA opens faster than my waiting browser windows...now, that's fast! Also, they're WIDE array of both national and international ISP's is perfect! PIA deserves 5 stars!

PIA the consistent standard
I’ve been a loyal PIA user for several years and continue to be impressed by their versatility. My current setup involves a WireGuard tunnel configured at the router level for a dedicated VLAN, complemented by their desktop app and browser extensions. The ecosystem is remarkably stable, and when you take advantage of their multi-year billing, the value proposition for privacy and performance is virtually unmatched.

Easy to use on different Operating Systems
I have been using PIA for over 3 years.
They have servers on every country in the world. The connection is established quickly, as long as you keep the software updated.
I also value that PIA is available on different Operating Systems, as I use Linux, Windows and Android. It works perfectly well on all of them.
In some VPN servers on countries far from my home country, I have noticed that sometimes the transfer rate is limited to 64K, or a bit more, but still very low. I don't know why the rate limit but that connection only allows for some internet browsing. Also, sometimes, I have seen transfer rate limits of 5 Mbs at VPN servers on countries close to mine. In other ocasions, the same servers don't have any rate limit I have seen transfer rates of up to 9 Mbs.
In summary, I'm happy with PIA, it is easy to use, the connection is quickly esbablished and if the speed rate is low, you can always pick another VPN server.

PIA is what a VPN should be
PIA is super flexible, working on every product that I attempt to set it up on. It's fast to connect, and doesn't slow down my connection. The options provided are more than I could ask for, and the product is so robust that I haven't had to reach out to support for anything! They offer nice long contracts at a great price.
