Safe and reliable. Super easy to install, set up and use, all at a very reasonable price. Works with Laptops, tablets, cell phones and popular streaming devices. What else could you ask for.

It's a combination of their great introductory two year price, a responsive app and network connections, not to mention thee 100% consistent UI design of the app across Linux, Mac OS and Windows. (I would've include the iOS, but due to screen size limitations, it's unavoidably different. But it's very similar and just as user friendly.)

Does what it says on the tin. Reliable. As far as I can tell, price is fair, although there seem to be more free competitors (eg Firefox) every day.

Proxy and had ENDLESS problems on Windows 11 pro. PIA is stable and it always just work. I can definitely recommend them.

It secures, but is slowdown internet, downloads and uploads. No refresh of connection.

I run a lot of older Mac laptops and Mac desktops that need VPN protection just like the latest and greatest Apple offerings. There's a Catalina, a Big Sur, and a Sonoma staying private because of Private Internet Access. I've very, very rarely had a technical issue and when I did it could often be resolved by looking over the support tips without having to interface with a support rep. I'm happy to have interactions with Customer Support but the idea should be not having Customers need to ping Customer Support with issues in the first place.

qualité prix au top,j'ai eu nord VPN 2 ans et une grosse daub qui se mettait souvent en limité.

Ok for normal usage but not working against strong internet censorship as some of other VPNs do with shadowsocks, vless and other sneaky methods.

Also PIA has introduced fraud-like subscription auto renewal - charging money at night without sending any warning that subscription is close to expire. That makes “not ok for my needs 5 star” app “wtf are doing 2 star” app.

Refund was processed smoothly, so we are back on “ok app but not for my needs” track.

The new ip rotation "feature" might be one of the stupidest IT related decisions that any human has ever taken. It completely ruins my purpose of using a VPN. Unfortunately I had already paid for another year but if this decision is not revoked (and hopefully the clowns that implemented this gets fired) I will NOT renew my subscription. At least make it optional!
