Great selection, but taxes and fees will break you
Really enjoy the wide selection, but by the time you check out, you’ve got sales tax, excise tax and shipping fees. Those taxes and fees took my total from $148 all the way to $220. It’s absolutely absurd.

11 days and hasn’t shipped. No reply from prilla
I placed an order September 16. As of September 27 my order still says processing. I messaged prilla and I sent an email with order number for an update 6 days ago and never got a response.

Ordered an item never got shipped 5…
Ordered an item never got shipped 5 days later because I had not received a shipping notification I messaged them about when my order would be shipped and voila I immediately got a shipment notification, although the shipper says they have only received notification that a label has been created but not yet handed off to the actual shipping company. We'll see what happens, so far not impressed.

I placed my order on a Friday holiday before a weekend, so I understand that those days don't count as business days. But it's now Wednesday and although Prilla says my order "has shipped" UPS tracking says "Shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet." That's 3 business days. Prilla's reply was thoughtful. I bumped it up 1 star and would order from them again.
